That Kane is incredible! Love that Lex but I don't love that the chase version looks a bit silly with the 1992 look but has the nWo shirt and nWo logo on the box still. Agree. I guess it would be too much work to remove the nwo logo from the box and remove the nwo shirt or print an old school wcw horsemen or luger shirt. They are very different eras. Surprised it was a chase. |

I'd love an Ultimate 2002/2003 Kane with a newly sculpted body with all the belts and buckles moulded on.
I'm a verrrry big Kane fan, and I honestly don't really adore the headscan here too much. It really needed that little bit of forehead that was always visible between the top of the mask and the hairline (would have helped make it look more like a head wearing a mask, rather than a painted face) and the mask has a little too much red in my opinion.
But that said, I'm probably just being pedantic. It just disappoints me a tad as (with Mattel's "one and done" approach to different outfits) we're very unlikely to ever see this attire (masked) again, sadly.

The chase Lex shouldโve just been 92 Lex. No nwo shirt no extra head that doesnโt match the chase.

Same here. Kane was my favorite from WWE and Sting is my favorite of all time. Thatโs why Iโm a bit nitpicky when it comes to certain attires. We get one shot and a lot of times when itโs said and done thereโs nothing we could do about it. I believe weโll get both the โ01 and โ03 version redone in ultimate form. The question is when and because this version just came out it takes away from a future potential atm. I donโt think Mattel would just mold a Kane mask like this one and call it a day, when you could make a Ultimate with three heads and capitalize. I just hope when we get one that it doesnโt take forever and it has sculpted details. Thereโs no excuse for why it canโt have sculpted detail. Weโve gotten Undertakers and plenty of other figures with chest sculpted details that were raised. |

E89 McIntyre or E93 T-Bar would be the closest but a skin tone or wrist tape size may be an issue with these too |

It seems like it should be a pretty important part of the process. |

I'd imagine a lot of it comes down to how bothered they are, or perhaps it's a money thing. The Big Boss Man chase had a different hat in the packaging (well, the same hat, but printed differently) so I'm sure it'd have been possible to print a different t-shirt for Lex.

So yeah, while it may suck there's a Luger with inaccurate shirt and packaging... at least another/different Luger is being released. It's a win all-'round, IMO. |
