Those Rush figures are terrible, which I suppose is an obvious statement at this point. That would be a chargeback situation if he isn’t willing to refund customers for his faulty product. I think chargeback won't work now, as it's over 1 year since the preorder window closed
even credit card companies might refuse to honour that deal

That’s a fair point. I think it’s worth a shot, if Rush isn’t willing to refund.

Larry reminds me of that scene in The Matrix where they closed Neo's mouth, plus he has leeches under his skin.

Did you try to move them? Serious question? I hope I’m in minority here. But 4 for 4 is ehhhh I don’t have any of these but you are 100% correct. There’s actually no inside stems/holes to plug together on those torso pieces in your live stream/video. How is that over looked? I am 56 years old and started taking figures apart in the early 80’s and I have never seen a figure not have those until that video. That is mind boggling.

I don't understand, has the factory never made an action figure before? or did Sal just pay for the bare bare minimum.

Yeah, happy meal toys are better constructed than these. Hopefully Rush(ed) will improve CVV and the French Angel.

I like how the card says "this is not a toy" like they expect if someone plays with it, it will break apart.

I'm sure the likely answer is price point.

Same as above, cost cutting. Another theory is that the normal factory’s wouldn’t take him on being a new company and all

I don't blame the people that bought them for feeling like that, that is a terrible excuse for a figure breaking straight out of packet. He's put off 99% of collectors. Love or hate the Major Pod guys but their video, given the scale of collectors that will follow them, has killed his line and rightly so. You can't make a product that breaks when you touch it basically, and the fact he's not inundated with refund requests (that we know of) is baffling.

What’s annoying is that Rush and Sal have acknowledged issues and having to change production factory as a result . He has also said in his statement it’s a set back for him …. REALLY ? You have not offered anyone a refund or compensation , you’ve made the same money /profit you would have if the figure was perfect .
I’m not usually one to complain but this is daylight robbery and Im calling him a Fraud !
I always give everyone a chance but this is taking the piss and won’t be supporting anything they do moving forward no matter how excellent the product is .
All it took was for him to turn around an offer a resolution for those who are not happy … usually 7/10 collectors .
Instead not willing to accept any loss from his own pocket and expect dumb collectors like us who helped the pre order model .
Sorry … rant over !

It’s certainly a lesson learned for all involved, Major Pod guys did nothing wrong. They opened figures that fell apart but people will always accuse them or purposefully tarnishing a company

Think it’s a lesson learned from collectors point of view too, if these were not for pre-order and you could just purchase them in stock then we will not be in this position. We need to stop finding these business to get off the ground in my opinion. We are not the bank

We are not the bank exactly my point - we're the customer, we're the ones who should receive goods worth the value we're paying
I have zero interest in buying a future Rush figure, and my experience with G+G has put me off them too. until either company completes their final production run of figures, and we've seen the finished item and it's in stock for immediate shipping to customers, I ain't bothering to preorder from either of them. there's zero comeback for the customer at this stage, so these cowboys need to take the risk themselves and put out a product that people actually want to buy.

Anyone else still waiting for their figures? I ordered larry and roadblock. I can't get a reply from rush on Instagram or his website. I want what i paid for even though they are sub par. I keep mine on card anyway. Hoping he doesn't disappear with my money
