I'm surprised the most recent Big Boss Man hasn't been mentioned yet. They finally nailed the face scan, and the figure just looks great overall.
Although, I don't think Mattel will ever come out with a figure that's better than their Kamala, big guy or otherwise.

I had no desire to buy a Mabel figure, but it was so unique and well done that I had to get one.

That Bronson Reed figure comes to mind right away for recent releases. I’m not even a big fan but the figure was so colorful and it articulates very well.

Haven't seen it mentioned yet but I've always loved my Elite 4 Big Show!  Goodness, that singlet was so damn ugly. I just had to go and look up the real thing on Google. I don't remember hating it so much as a kid watching but I can't believe he wore that. That is a great figure, though. |

E 22 (I think) Big Show with the Cammo singlet and the angry face.
Both Nelson Frazier figures (Mabel and Viscera) are among the best likenesses I’ve ever seen in figure form.
Every Bam Bam has been very good. I’m partial to TNF, but the ECW one has a better head.

I was so impressed with L2 Kamala back in the day. He falls over constantly, but I love that figure. More recently, that Viscera is exactly what I always wanted for him. They did a great job!

It's probably been mentioned, and I didn't buy it because I'm not a fan, and it's not a guy, but Nia Jax has had some spot-on-likeness figs. I wish every figure could be as accurate as her last two Elites.
