Im trying not to get too over excited for it as I think its likely to be "just another series". We're getting to that point now where most guys don't have a ton of looks that haven't been done and there's not a bunch of names out there that are available for first time in the line releases.

They've done a ton of Austin, Taker, Roman, HBK, Brock, Cena, Rock, Hogan, HHH, etc., especially lately, and those seem like they'll be the choices, so I don't know what's left to do to make it special.
I could see it being themed and it being that much more underwhelming.
I'm hopeful it'll be cool, but I'm not super optimistic. If nothing else, some unique packaging could make it worthwhile.

I like the idea of going with one superstar per era: Stone Cold Steve Austin or the Rock or MankindElite 100 would be a great time to finally get Corporate Mankind in elite form. |

I wonder if they’ll go with more than 6 figures. Say a 10 or even 12 figure wave. Like a double sized wave for the occasion.

I think a good idea would be, that each figure would represent the evolution and history of the wwe championship.for example The very first version maybe with a hogan then the winged eagle with Bret or Shawn. attitude, undisputed, spinner, and now.

Whatever it is, it's going to have custom packaging.
If I had to guess the figures, I'd say Hogan, Rock, Cena, Shawn, Undertaker, and Roman. Stone Cold is also likely but I'm not sure how many attires of his there are left unless they go with something like Jorts Austin. If they decide to have a woman, it's either Charlotte or Becky. I can't imagine they'd do Chyna or Elizabeth considering how hard their previous figures have warmed. (Although this would be a great chance to get out NWO Liz if they want to put out at least one figure that people would go nuts over.)
Also, if they want to do it right, there will be a BAF, potentially Attitude Era Vince, although I sort of hope not because the line is going to be hard to come by enough already I don't want to have to fight for figures just to get that Vince.

Initially I thought in an ideal world something like a ‘super set’ of every wwe champ from when mattel started to the date elite 100 comes out. But that’s by my count 22 which is a little bit over what they could call a series lol
Interestingly though again by my count of those 22 only 5 are unavailable, 3 being with AEW and 2 not wrestling (from what I know). Quite surprised at that.

At the present time I really only collect Macho elites, but if Mattel ever wanted to force my hand a line depicting all the WWE champions would certainly be the one. I understand it couldn't be all the WWE champions as you said, and that a lot of these figures have been made, but it still sounds like an awesome idea. |
