Might as well just throw the SD women's championship in the rubbish - it's pretty much worthless now. Nothing cornier than a sentimental/sympathetic/goodwill, title run. At least the belt is off Rousey, and I won't have to see Morgan on RAW anymore - so that's a couple of positives, I suppose. Sami should've won the men's match.

As someone who was born in NJ and spent more than half of my life there I usually like to see a fellow New Jerseyan succeed. That said I just don’t see anything appealing about Liv as a wrestler. Therefore I see putting the title on her as a mistake. I just don’t see her filling arenas. Just because someone is a wrestler doesn’t mean they deserve to be a champion. When I look at her I feel her ceiling was reaching the WWE, but I certainly don’t see a WWE World Champion caliber athlete/performer.

Neither do I, but the SmackDown Women’s roster is lacking active stars, so might as well give her a shot to sink or swim. If it doesn’t work out, they can always switch it back to Rousey, or Flair or Bayley when they’re back.
