I think a 2002 Hulk Still Rules will likely be his next UE. Or an UE at some point What's the difference in that and his recent Elite? Just what it says on the shirt and the black beard? Boot color, shirt, beard, and if UE it’d actually have a proper sized torso. Tights may be a different design as well |

Hulk Still Rules from 2002 is red tights with yellow highlights and yellow boots with red highlights. the recent elite is pretty different. tights and boots are the reverse of the above and Hogans face on the boots. |

I will probably pass on this one. Waiting on Mr America, a Hogan from WCW 94-95, another nWo Hogan and a older Hogan I just got my preorder in! This was one on my wishlist. But I find it super odd that we have not gotten at least 1 WCW Hulkamania look by now. |

Ive been a life long wrestling fan and this is the first time I ever heard of or seen hogan with a helmet and license plate lol whats the reason/backstory for this look? I could be wrong, going off memory. But I believe this was something Hulk went rouge on as a way to make something new for merch and Vince hated it and canned it. It was also a way to have him lose on the live events without getting pinned. He would put the bonnet on and ram his head into the heel and get DQ'd. |

The point of going with this look seems relatively obvious to me. It's getting an 80s Hogan into the mainline Elite series (which correct me if I'm wrong, there's never been one correct?) while at the same time including the helmet and license plate to differentiate it from the others and because they have dumb meme appeal. I would assume he'll also have a bandana and likely a shirt. This is what I thought as well. It's interesting that most of the Elite releases to this point have been pants versions instead of trunks versions. |
