wholefnshow420 how long have you and others been making it crystal clear with your long wish list of wrestlers you want figures of ? Well i am 99% sure mattel will not make most of those. But now we have real hope because of these 2 new toy companies i mentioned before actually making figures of past legends. There was another dude on this forum that had a picture on his profile of past world champions with red X marks on them when mattel finally made them. I think at least 2 of them from his wishlist are gonna get made now from this new toy company. true you do have a point. But way too long I even asked in the Q&A thread about individual funding for the talent contract licensing and production of the figure through the Mattel creations platform and was told basically everything possible was already attempted to try and get it done but it was a no go. I do believe that Steve has tried to get direct deals and does a damn good job trying his best to get us everything we want even more so than bill has ever but the higher ups just won't let it happen. I was kinda still holding out hope with the current situation and state of wwe now that Mattel would get the lead way and be able to just do what jakks did and sign whoever but doesn't look like it is going to happen anytime in the future. I have no doubt that with chella and power town in the game that a massive amount of these names are already signed to contracts and will finally see the light of day in figure form real soon along with alot of other deserving talent. |

Hercules please! And power and glory too Lets bet one us dollar as to who makes a 6 inch figure Hercules first, mattel or other. I will bet other, given the fact the family wanted wwe and mattel to make a figure of him a few years ago and nothing came of it. Like i said mattel is old and slow. If mattel would like to up there game for the wwe line and prove me wrong please do. |

The man I was replying to was talking about other company’s making Thesz, Magnum TA, Stan Hansen, Ted DiBiase, Kerry Von Erich, and Verne Gagne figures. Which I replied to. I said instead of making 200 (as in figures)of Cena, Rollins, Reigns, Mysterio, they should make people with attires people would want, referring back to Thesz, Magnum TA, Stan Hansen, Ted DiBiase, Kerry Von Erich, and Verne Gagne figures. Is that dumbed down enough for you? The sentence directly implies that those 4 do not have attires that people want or remember. You’re right, it isn’t hard to read or comprehend but apparently it’s too hard to write. You know what you’re talking about though, I guess. |

I know a small group has been wanting Hercules for a while and I hope they someday get it, but I don’t see it happening soon. Acting like Mattel is going downhill because of it is off the mark though. Something like another Cena repaint is going to sell more units overall than a FTIL Hercules would. So it’s not like it’s hurting the company. That’s ignoring the fact that it’s on WWE, not Mattel, to have Hercules signed.
I want a Dan Severn but I’m not going to put the energy into getting upset because they are never going to make him. And I’m definitely not going to get upset when they make more figures of guys that are going to sell. I will for Ultimates, but that’s because they have plenty of guys and girls that sell that could be used in the line. If it’s the hill you want to die on, because I really seems like some people here just collect to complain, maybe just stop supporting the product and find a new thing to collect? Hobbies are supposed to be fun.
