*UPDATE* project HBKen has been aborted, decided to go the easy way out and use a better likeness HBK head with the hair piece, and boy oh boy did that change things up, still disappointed I wasn’t able to do the HBKen scan better justice but that was a hard job to begin with, if Mattel did something like this (see bottom) this would defiantly be be in the conversation of one of the best, still hoping we will see it! Just got my UE HBK form Amazon uk, first off I will say there are some major gripes I have with the QC of this figure, as shown below this is how one of my 2 came, a HUGE smudge on the pants, totally unacceptable, my 2nd one ain’t that bad but knee pads have some issues similar to this, hoping this is not a problem for everyone else and I just got a bad batch  Trying to get a replacement wasn’t easy, had to get ahold of Amazon uk who you have to call directly (hopefully you have international calling) although that did not replace the figure but did offer a discount which I gladly accepted, but more importantly the nice gentlemen let me know I was paying UK prime for a long time now and don’t order much from them, upon checking, I believe I been paying for uk prime since I ordered Jeff hardy a while ago, I asked him how this happened and he said if I logged into my us account on the uk website and order I automatically start a prime account with them, I was refunded $180 so HBK actually made me money lol so please guys make sure you are not being charged for uk prime if you ordered Jeff from there, they are pretty sneaky And lastly the figure itself, I really hate this torso, it’s a horrible choice for him, so I had to try and torso swap, here is what it looks like with the torso swapped for the UE 4 HBK   It looks decent, better then the large torso but still not quite what I’m looking for I also did a little hair swap too, hair is from lost legends series and scan is the screaming scan from the fan takeover, I love it, thanks for reading guys!    |

I too ordered Jeff from UK, so i went through my prime card statments and do not see a uk prime charge. Odd they charged you for it.

Yeah that HBKen doll face/hair change up is scary looking. With that hair on that face it looks like his face is melting.

Lol HBKen yeah the scan don’t work I tried To make something out of this head and it just ain’t happening, I will probably try the screaming scan instead to see if that works better |

I know the UE smiling head is terrible, but for a second I had no idea if that was even HBK with that hair swap. Looks like a hybrid between Riddle and Frankenstein. Have you tried using that hair piece with the elite WM 14 scan? That headscan needs to be retooled, it’s probably Mattel’s best HBK scan up to date.

Then they'd send you a label to print to send the faulty one back... I've done this a few times (on both the UK and US sites). |

The gentleman told me a replacement was not a option for them, I had no idea why ...ah - I've just had a look on the the website and although you can still order the figure, it says "available in 1-2 months". So they must not have had any in stock to replace yours with. |

Those proportions are pretty terrible on the torso swap. I don’t see what the big issue is over the stock one.

Hmmmm…..the parts choice is exactly what the UE 4 HBK used and shouldn’t be out of proportion, and not sure if you have the figure in hand or not but that larger torso is pretty big for those arms once you have it in hand |
