The paint for Jeff Hardy is specifically from an episode of Raw on December 2, 2002. He teamed up with Tommy Dreamer against William Regal and Lance Storm. The rest of the outfit is pretty much a mix of Jeff’s appearances at Raw from late 2002 - early 2003.

Ultimate roman is bad in my opinion
1) 2 re used heads
2) no pointing finger for we the one gesture
3) Change of Prototype Torso
4) T shirt having back design but it has
Velcro
5) Basic battle packs have custom side plates
on championship but not the ultimate
Edition
This fig is a big time let down as an ultimate Edition.

It’s nothing new. They purposely leave out stuff to make you buy basics and battle packs that you wouldn’t otherwise. Whether it’s head/hand/belt/accessories. Why give WM30 Bray a jacket? You have to buy a zombie basic. Why give SS Seth a jacket, you have to buy another elite or a battle pack. Why give WM 31 elite taker a tie? You need to buy and older basic or wait several years for them to remake one… They literally don’t care about being efficient for us. They just want to sell as much crap as possible. This is why I always laughed at the idea of Mattel doing the Supreme line thing of swappable lower body. Mattel would rather sell 2-3 figures that are sort of right instead of one that’s got everything it should need. Ultimates started that way, but have been a bit of a mix matched mashup fest |

The only one I could find is a November match against both lance and regal. The paint is different than this figure on this match though :/ |

The two re-used heads is the one that gets me, I have a bag of those so it's a bummer getting them on an UE. Makes me think that when/if they FINALLY make their way to an UE Mankind he'll have the same head(s) as we've gotten 10+ years, really hoping not though. |

The only one I could find is a November match against both lance and regal. The paint is different than this figure on this match though :/ If you go onto Peacock and look for the episode of Raw on December 2, 2002. You’ll see the paint for it, though it seems like Mattel made his paint from that match blue instead of the green paint seen. |
