Hosted ton of great shows/matches SSeries 89,Chi Town Rumble, SStampede 94 also Bret/Austin WM XIII enough said Memphis-The crowds back in the day were RABID. Ton of great cities missed the cut but I'm happy with my 4

Any list without Toronto, is not a list.
T.O. Philly New York ChiTown
Few cities in the world would have found a way to turn Hogan and Rock.

Great idea for one of these my good sir, New York: Clearly this has to be first choice, MSG is a place I would love to go to, I did walk past it when I worked in the USA for a summer back in 2001, but this was before cameras on phones and I have nothing to commemorate it with I also loved the early Monday Night Raws from the Manhatten Center too. Glasgow: A strange one I know, but I have been to the majority of WWF shows that were held in Glasgow from 1991 to 2002 and it was always an amazing time, hot crowd, good likeminded folks and always a fun time. It is such a shame that in all the years the WWF did their UK PPVs they never did one in Glasgow. London: Another personal one, but many of the UK PPV events I went to were in London and it is probably as close to a "New York" style crowd as we have had here in the UK. Chicago: This is a really nuts kind of crowd (meant in the most complimentary way possible) and I was torn between this and Philadelphia.

Montreal is a good shout
The never ending ovation for Hogan after Mania XVIII and HBK trolling on em to big heat in 05 immediately come to mind

Being Canadian, I gotta pick a Canadian city....
Toronto Philadelphia New York Boston
That is the WWF 1984 - 1990 circa right there for WWF Coliseum Video matches too! Ha ha

This one is kind of hard,
New York - for sure, the mecca of wrestling. Memphis - they kept coming back week after week. And if you watch a lot of the matches, the crowd was always amped-up, they never sat there quietly.
I guess all go with these two to round them out: Chicago and Philly. Both have a great history, but I kind of blame these two cities for the state of the fans today. The chanting, the trying to take over the program, all this seemed to have come from/started from these two cities. Fans do the chanting all the time now, and it's really annoying to watch.

I cant comment on modern Philly wrestling crowds but I know back in the day they were great. Yeah there were a$$holes but what city doesnt. We just appreciate good rasslin. It was so much fun booing the faces and cheering the heels lol Paul Heyman summed up Philly perfectly''if you mess up you will hear it in spades but if you give them a good show you will get praised to no end'' something along those lines 100% spot on

Watching matches from the 70s/80s/ and 90s, the crowds were hot, and always involved in the matches. They just didn't chant; they cheered, they booed, they played along. Though, they did favor the bad guys a bit more, but that's okay. It's the chanting and trying to take over the program/event nowadays (and the past 20 years or so) that annoys me. And to be fair, that has become the norm in all cities nowadays. It just seemed to have started out of these two cities - but I could be wrong.

If you can, try to pull up a video of your favorite moment from your number 1 town. I'll go back and edit mine.

The ovation Gorilla got during his last on screen appearance at WM XV. Even though he was in bad health to hear the Philly faithfull cheer em was a touching sight. He was beloved here for sure as he lived right over the bridge in Jersey. So glad he got that to experience that before he passed. I remember Howard Finkel talking about this moment,He was like'' the ovation seemed like it went on forever''
