That I wanted? There’s only been one. The Royal Rumble Warrior. That’s the only figure I never saw locally that I wanted. I had it preordered with Amazon but they canceled my preorder.

Ultimate Sgt. Slaughter (something happened at work and I wasn't able to pre-order in the 2-minute window before it sold out)
Amazon Ultimate Hulk Hogan (still sitting in my "orders" for over a year, says it's coming in August '22, we'll see)
Royal Rumble Macho Man (pink version, was never able to find at retail)
Vince McMahon - Toys R Us Mail Away Exclusive.... somehow just missed out on this entirely
Legends "Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase - never saw either version at retail, would have liked to grab one. Would have preferred the Chase.
Honorable Mention: "The King" Harley Race - - - only because, we all got screwed on that one.

For me it's either version of George The Animal Steele. A lot of the loose ones I've seen have some manner of paint rub and hes not a guy I want to spend $50 or more to get him MIB.

Those last three are especially painful because those are guys that I actually had in my hand in stores but decided not to buy them because I had a humongous Jakks collection and I had a stupid rule at one point that I was going to collect one of every character so if I already had a Jakks figure, I didn't buy a better looking Mattel figure. I didn't realize that I would be replacing all Jakks with Mattel eventually.

ECW CM Punk - combo of didn’t know about it bc I was about 10 and having no card (or family willing to let me use their card) to order once I found out on like EBay
DOD2 (Kane, HHH, Big Show) - gonna put these all together bc I dont think I saw the set at all and if I did it was Beth or Kofi
DM Bret Hart - wasn’t a fan of his and I was like 7 at the time so I didn’t realize how cool the figure is until the last year or so when I started watching his matches
E59 Kurt Angle - wasn’t into wrestling by the time this came out and now it’s 40+
UE HHH/Bret - both same, wasn’t back into wrestling and by the time I was they were 50+
