Yeah, I'm pretty sure this list is made up. I'll be shocked if it isn't. Golga was really far out there for a BAF, but I legit cannot imagine anyone in WWE agreeing to sign Duane Gill to a legends contract just to make a Gillberg figure. And there's multiple items on this list that we already know for certain aren't true. Steve himself confirmed MNW is going through 2026 and we know the lineup (as other have said) of Main Event 155. I also really wouldn’t consider ABA Taker as part of the Monday Night Wars. By 2000 when he came back as ABA Taker, the wars themselves were pretty much over. But I don’t think Mattel has really stated what constitutes as part of the wars for this line by dates, so I guess technically it is? I dunno… to me it’s a stretch if true tho As far as I know, the first episode of Nitro to the very moment that the ink dried on the purchase are considered part of this line, so yes, ABA Taker would absolutely be part of the Monday Night Wars. But I find it more odd that they would make an ultimate of him when they've already done three of him and they have shown a LOT of hesitancy in making any ABA undertakers at all. What, I think out of the bajillion Takers they've made they've only done two? Three at most? Not entirely sure that would be one they'd go for. But it would fit the line.

MNW7 being the end would be surprising. I could swear in one of the 1,000 interviews Mattel did last month they said it was greenlit through 2026. The guy who said that also said that Walmart online pre orders were better than before.

James Ellsworth was already under contract. Them making Gillberg would mean WWE signed Duane Gill to a contract specifically for merch rights and, outside of the Goon, them signing someone with zero merchandise potential except for a single, straight up wrestlecrap figure, really isn't their style.

We know how contracts work. If you were once in the business you have a chance to have merchandise sold. Which we know some won’t ever have that opportunity fir obvious reasons

I have no idea if this is true or not (other than to say that Mitch Craig guy is usually spot-on with his info, he posts a lot of good stuff in the facebook groups) ... but I will say I won't be surprised at all if Gillberg happens. Mattel is absolutely willing to give us those fun deep cuts when they have the rights (see: Golga, The Goon, The Executioner)

Lol that's probably the Ringside Fest reveals in it's entirety. Hopefully we get a Cody Rhodes Wrestlemania XL Ultimate reveal.

Just because it wasn’t competitive doesn’t mean it wasn’t still going on. By that mindset then mid 1996 through late 1997 shouldn’t count either because WWF were getting their arses kicked. And Steve has said multiple times the war starts and ends with the first and last nitro episodes.

I hope Duggan is in his 97 purple trunks look with the purple WCW flag. What D-Lo attire is there left to do, unless it's his Godfather tag look...I guess this attire? Hacksaw I can see doing a 2 in 1 with the janitor coveralls over ring attire. Possibly the TV title too. For D’Lo there is the Nation of Domination v1 look. But unless they get Crush and Savio it’d be a waste. Plus would probably be better as a BAF.

Duane put close to a 5 year stint in the early 90s making nearly every star of the time look even bigger. It seems in this post-Vince WWE era, perhaps there is a little more "thanks" being given to those like Gill. I know he had some health issues a few years ago, so I could see them giving him a little extra payday. Hell, he probably deserves a Hall of Fame spot along with Barry Horowitz, Steve Lombardi, Barry Hardy and Mike Sharpe.

If Gillberg is a reality then Light Heavyweight title has to come with him. That figure is would definitely be incomplete without it. And Bill did say he’s making a title accessory we’d never see coming. I don’t think anyone woulda predicted LHW title with Gillberg.

These one off short term deals for guys with very little marketing appeal has to be lower than the traditional legends contracts. Maybe a grand, two at the most, is what I’m imagining they’re offering.

I don’t get the questioning of the timeline of the Monday Night Wars. It’s clearly the entirety of when they went head to head on Monday night regardless of the performance of the ratings or quality of the content. I know era timelines can sometimes be subjective but the wars on Monday nights have a definitive start and end date. First shots were fired in the Mall of America and last shot was at Club La Vela.
