Now that I've seen the pics, I'm gonna have to do some customization of those 3MW figures to match the rest of my shelf. Jamal may be OK, but I'm gonna need Rosey in black and red. Probably I can Custom order a red shirt and paint his pants. Having the looks be accurate isn't as important to my OCD as the figures looking cohesive on my shelf.
Besides, a quick google search of the tag team shows that both did, in fact, wear gear that would go cohesively with a red/white/black theme. I don't believe they ever wore it at the same time, but that's even less important than them being screen accurate.

Blue shirt with younger bearded head would be uwf/nwa. White shirt with clean cut head would be his later wcw run. But if you look up images of Big Bubba from his UWF days, he's usually wearing a white shirt. He wore a blue shirt at Starrcade 86, but with white suspenders and blue pants.  Sorry I meant just figure wise/displaying purposes those would be the combinations regardless of the outfit accuracy. |

What does a 1991 hogan with a belt around his waist even look like? Is there a certain bandanna for it? Python power? I think it's basically this look. Python Power headband, Hulkster Rules and/or flag t-shirt, and winged eagle. Not radically different (especially if you do an E96 fixup) but its a notable gap as Mattel goes into more and more obscure looks.  |
