With SDCC next week, and the big reveals on Thursday, I will get the initial page updated as soon as I can, but as always, don't hesitate to reach out if you see mistakes on my part there. The reveal is at 1:15 my time, and I will be at work (but work is slow and I can pay attention). I work until 5, then going to a 6pm movie, and then a 9pm movie - before you ask, yes I am going to Deadpool/Wolverine twice (friend politics....) but will update the initial page as quick as I can. Thanks folks for keeping this thread going and I plan to continue doing this for the long haul. Thanks man. Would be cool if you could add photos too

To everyone on this forum who complained about the UE Kevin being too short, I'm blaming yinz for putting that energy into the universe.
SvS Kevin is on friggin STILTS
Also, the tattoos on Kevin's left arm are COMEDICALLY bad. But, I guess, at least they got the NUMBER of the correct this time...OH WAIT, no they didnt, still left off Hockey Skull.
Great job on this one Mattel.

Also posted in the thread about the small KO UE I don't even know what I expected at this point, but whatever it was, I am no longer expecting it going forward.

Is that boot swap effecting the height at all? There's no boot swap on the figure on the right. That's a straight repaint/decal/cloth goods job over a base figure KO. I believe I used an Elite 61 for that one. Both these figures are as is, outside of putting a new head on the Battleground 2016 Custom, and as you can see, the height is wonky at the shoulder level, so it isn't the head And as for why I used Battleground KO, he was the first figure I spied on my shelf that didn't have any parts swapped (besides the head). Most all of my Kevin figures at this point have some level of customization. There are very few true factory figures in my collection at this point.

Random question/alert for anyone here… has anyone ever gotten the wrong figure sent from Amazon? I basically ordered the best of ultimate Hogan and got the Ultimate series 7 version. Really infuriating especially because I had to wait about 6 days. I’m under suspicion that maybe someone returned a series 7 version and no one noticed.

Can’t wait for SDCC next week. Does anybody know how long the Monday night wars line is supposed to run for? Thanks.

Are the target figures going to be able to have pick up option tomorrow? Yes. As soon as the stores open.

That’s disappointing about the Survivor Series figure’s height. I really wanted that one too. On the tattoos, wouldn’t the hockey skull be covered by the wrist/tape or am I mixing up tattoos?

MOST of the hockey skull is covered by the wrist tape. Almost all of it actually. But, like on Elite 101, the very bottom of the tattoo, namely the bottom of the two sticks, can be seen below the edge of the tape near the fingers. It's not the end of the world, there are worst tattoos they can leave off (and they HAVE), but it's very annoying that they keep making figures from after he had that tattoo, and the only time they added those two little bits to the hand is on Elite 101.

BTW, looking at the composition of the SvS figure, the problem seems to be that they literally just took a complete Kevin Owens figure except for the legs, and then put the legs from the NWO John Cena on him. The crotch piece is actually the KO Basketball Shorts crotch piece. They didn't even bother to change that. It's a Kevin Owens figure with John Cena legs, and the addition of the legs from Cena, while not compensating for their additional height anywhere else, is why he is too tall.
Also, fun fact that wouldn't have fixed the legs issue, but would have at least looked nicer.
There is already a Kevin Owens crotch piece for pants. It's on the Festival of Friendship figure. But looking at the two side by side, I'm guessing the reason they cheaped out on the crotch piece is because the basketball shorts one is wider than the pants one from FoF, and therefore they could use the larger Cena legs, rather than actually making a pair of legs that suited Kevin.
Cost saving measure is my guess, again. Kind of getting sick of those.

Can’t wait for SDCC next week. Does anybody know how long the Monday night wars line is supposed to run for? Thanks. My guess is until people get sick of barely getting anyone but A-listers who've already had loads of figures, or "WWF guys" in their WCW gear. There are literally hundreds of legends from the Monday Night Wars on my wishlist but even I am feeling very underwhelmed by most of the picks so far. The line does have massive potential and could be hugely popular and longlasting but IMO it desperately needs more true "WCW guys" like Mortis/Kanyon, Norman Smiley, Ernest Miller, Buff Bagwell, Alex Wright, Konnan, Disco Inferno, Perry Saturn, La Parka, Steve McMichael, Referee Nick Patrick, etc. Hopefully going forward Mattel can push WWE to approach more "deep dive" and "first time" names for the line though, using those new "non-a-lister" aimed merch contracts.

Great figures. Getting all of them. Ultimate Warrior anchoring the line. Warlord and IRS classic Hasbro figures. We need Sid Justice in blue trunks now to make that series more complete. We have Tugboat re released, now we just need a Hacksaw Jim Duggan re release and we have Team Hulk Hogan from Survivor Series 1990.
