When I heard Elite 100 was coming up I was exited, thought about collecting the set MOC but this doesn't really feel like an epic wave. Its Elite 100! You'd expect it to be all home runs, iconic names in defining looks with great accessories.

Rock is a Miekina mashup with a meh scan
Rey is a Miekina mashup, not really a look I was after. The belt is nice though
Andre is a cool idea, kinda niche tbh. Belt is cool. Something you'd expect in a 2 pack with a Hogan or something.
Stunning Steve is fine, title is cool. Just not really elite 100 material.
Cena is what I expected from 100.
I'm not saying its bad because its not, I was just expecting something a little more special for 100. Will go down in my head as the belt wave, alot of cool championships.

Regardless of what everyone is saying this Rey is incredible. Finally the accurate mask sculpt with the strap under the nose and FINALLY the WCW cruiser weight belt. So stoked

I swore I saw someone on here awhile ago say that they should make an entire wave based on unique belts. And I'm almost certain one of the figures mentioned was Rock with his Brahma Bull belt. That said, why is the belt plate circle? The original belt, as we saw it, was oval. Honestly, though, I hope they do something with this to prevent theft or else there's gonna be thousands of figures on pegs with the belts missing. I would say just put the belt around the waist of the figure in the packaging |

Headscan is the wrong era for Rock, but they just made a 2002 head for the Wrestlemania X8 figure and I actually need some 98-99 heads for fixups so a simple swap will solve that
It’s not a change to swappable torsos like I hoped it would be but oh well
I don’t really need Stunning Steve, Steve Austin’s career begins in ECW in my mind, it’s really cool for people that want that tho, also the legally distinct NWA TV title, the best kind of distinct
Rey Jr is the exact attire I’ve always wanted, I love that BATB 1998 gear, and finally the WCW Cruiserweight belt

Royal Rumble 2001 Rock was near the top of my list of Rock attires I wanted, Brahma Bull belt is a nice deep cut, already mentioned the head
Looooove the Andre figures and the Andre 87 belt even if it is the wrong color, is the second attire the suit from the contract signing for the Main Event rematch?

The set is not what I expected. Really wanted a new Elite Austin in street gear. I’ll have to get someone from this set so I guess it’s gotta be Rocky. Packaging should be cool at least!

Kind of strange to see people complain about Rey. People kept complaining about the lack of RA and flashback Reys, yet we’re getting a good amount now. Same thing with the lineup….. I get it to an extent, but I think the figures in this set were very well done. There’s new belts and we finally get the Brahma bull and WCW cruiser weight WHICH people have been asking for. I think that in itself is amazing. Rey finally has an ACCURATE retro sculpt from that period. Every other flashback had the wrong mask. I think Mattel picked guys that would suit everyone from a different era. There’s something for everyone. I’m just glad it’s not another Warrior/Macho or worse another yellow and red Hogan brother.

Hopefully the packaging make these a little more unique. Otherwise, pretty much a let down even with all the title belts. They should have been main event players in iconic looks. What is the Andre chase attire from? I believe that the chase attire is paying Homage to the Andre look in The Hulk Hogan Rock N Wrestling Cartoon. |
