I am in the central time zone and was 'in line' within a few seconds of actually getting to put it in the cart at 11 am after the initial 'sold out'. Was giving an 8 minute estimated wait. At 11:10 it flipped to 'Less than a Minute' and also showed as sold out.
The only WWE SDCC figure I have ever been able to obtain was the first one, way back when, of the Undertaker from the original Mattel Collector website. This sucks, and I would be very curious as to how many of these they made? Anything that sells out THIS fast seems to me that they should know by now that they can double the stock and still sell out. Feels like they are leaving money on the table every year. I never understood the thinking of making these things so limited.

As frustrating as these SDCC exclusives have been to get on Mattel Creations, Iโm hoping for more scenarios like the Cody in the future where everyone who wants one gets one.

My buddy got two, but I had to wait in line for 7 minutes and when it finally refreshed it was listed as sold out.

Mattel screwed me lol. I got through the queue then they put me back in a queue as I was proceeding to the shipping page.

Mattel just lost $70 from me and I'm sure several others. I added to my cart as soon as it was available, was put in the queue and then by the time I checked out (literally within seconds), it was sold out. If it came back up in a few minutes, I wouldn't even bother trying. It's insulting.

It's bs if you get into the line but then cannot buy it, they should just not let you in the line if they cant guarantee its there. It's not like we'd wait in line in real life without the product.

I know there are a lot of scalpers and bots to deal with, but how the  is it so hard to estimate a production amount that doesn't sell-out in less than 10 minutes?  |

Why tell customers theyโre in line and to wait only to tell them itโs sold out? Isnโt the concept of being in line kind of typically known as a โyouโre in line and youโre going to get oneโ concept?

Bought Codys first (that's all I wanted) and hopped in line just to see what would happen. Waited in queue until 12:16PM EST. Sold out! Damn, ya'll weren't playing around this time. This is gonna be a hot ticket. Wish I would've scored one actually.
