Didn't get a shipping notice yet, but I now have Macho and the NHB set loaded in my fedex app. Hopefully soon!!

Same, I called over a week ago about my machos from the newgen set, because I saw another post from someone who had to change their address and they got their sets, but their machos we're sent to old address. Sure enough my machos were using the old address,(Walgreens FedEx so I'm not worried about it) and it was too late to change as it was already in processing stage. So here I am to almost 9 business days later and it's still processing because I called to get a tracking number as I felt it's been long enough, and the package won't show up in the FedEx app because its going to Walgreens and not my house. (I never did get email tracking from Mattel for my newgen sets, I relied on the app) Nice lady couldn't provide tracking as my machos didn't have them yet. My NHB set is changed to my house and I should see on FedEx eventually. Just goes to shows there's probably only a handful of people doing these orders. I just hope next funded project doesn't get anything added to it to warrant separate packages. |
