I don’t really care if it’s a match specific attire. I just hate when they do the mash ups on attires tbh.

i picked “other”. i’m really not too bothered by inaccurate attires unless they completely it up. like i really don’t care if a color is off a little bit. if it looks cool and i like it, i’ll buy it.

The thing that bugs me more is the obsession with big 4 PPV one-off attires when they haven't made a wrestler in their "standard" look. [...] And I'd rather have a wrestler represented in the gear they wear week in and week out that sticks in my memory. This very much. Take my OP example of WrestleMania 6 Ultimate Warrior -- I love that look and that entire show, but Ultimate Warrior is more memorable to me as this: If I had to pick one Ultimate Warrior to put on my shelf, it would be this one.

As long as it's their head, a body that looks like theirs, and somewhat similar deco I'm fine. As long as I can look at the figure and go ... that's (insert name), that's all I need.
The people on here who lose their mind over the likes of wrist tape, knee pads, spikes on belts, gauntlets, wrong hues, missing script, kickpads, etc. boggle my mind.

I’d prefer it to be as accurate as possible at least to one specific match, without customization
Like they’ll do a great figure like the past 2 RVD elites but I gotta switch the kneepads and that costs extra because I don’t have a huge bucket like some people do so I have to buy a basic figure to do it.
A lot of the time it sucks because they’re capable of fixing what’s wrong and at the end of the day each one is 20-30 dollars so they should be as accurate as possible i think

I really don't care and think some people go overboard with it.

Kid me didn't give AF but adult me doesn't play with them, just display, so I want them to be accurate depictions of moments in time. Fantasy attires do nothing for me. That said, to each their own but I'll always advocate for accuracy.

I don't care too much for event specific attire 'cause i don't have that kind of memory. I do want them to be of iconic look though like in posters or video games.

There’s certain events that I want the specific attire such as GAB ‘90 Sting, WMIX Steiners, RR ‘00 Triple H. But others I just have to remember someone wore the attire at some point. But I don’t need to know if someone had a certain championship when they wore an attire the belt is packed with. Ya pretty much my pov too 👌

I wouldn't mind maybe seeing some fantasy attires. Like a green DX Kane would be really awesome. He never wore it on TV but it was rumored that he would come out in green and black at one point. The license is not going anywhere. Maybe they can do a "what if" line in the future? DX Kane, The Outsiders join DX in 1998, Hogan vs Austin 2pk, Bret vs Kurt Angle... the options are there. Its fun to think of what if

I’m kinda along the same lines as PJ where there are some iconic ones that would be glaring. For the most part, I don’t care. I tend to get it if it looks cool or was worn at a show I attended. But even on the show that I attended part, I can’t thinking of ever freaking out because it had the wrong color wrist tape or had the incorrect style of knee pad. This

When the promotion of the line itself is focused on accuracy, I think it matters a lot. An Ultimate Edition should be spot on. A basic, not so much.
Elites are somewhat in the middle. I personally can overlook a color being off or small mistakes on an Elite.

It 100% depends on the person.
If it's one of my faves who I want to collect multiple attires of? Then I care. I want it to match as closely as possible. I'm not shy about my hatred for the WM Basic Shane figure because of how they used the baseball jersey despite it being a short sleeved hockey jersey.
Other people, if they are people I care about some, I want it to reasonably match, but if things have to be switched to make it doable, I can live with it. I am aware that the E80 Kevin figure is inaccurate but the mismatched elements aren't a dealbreaker to me (the hair/beard did get repainted though.)
Still other people, I want generic representations of. I don't care if my lone Bret Hart figure is exact, I just a Bret Hart that looks reasonably well to display. As long as someone can look at it and say "That's the guy" I'm happy with it.
So really the degree to which it matters depends on the person depicted.

I like it better when it is a match-specific attire, it takes me back to my childhood and a fond moment in time. It's not a deal breaker, but if they are going for a specific look from a specific match, it would be best to get as accurate as possible. But that's just me.

They have to be 100% accurate. I get pissed if Cena is wearing the wrong trainers!

For guys that have countless looks it does bother me when they do mashups. Like if you have reference photos and the WWE Network at your disposal then why make something up? Why wouldn’t you wanna be as accurate as possible?

Wolfpac Sting I think sticks out the most for me. Why mash up two different attires instead of going with just one of them and then include a poncho t-shirt when he always wore a normal short sleeved shirt?
