Great. The first thing he should do is get rid of CFO or whatever person is producing the theme songs and hire Jim Johnston or someone who doesn’t make generic themes. Next, fire whoever is in charge of designing those last LED stages and bring in actual stage sets. We’re not at a EDM festival. Third, bring on the show. Some of these changes would slightly make me interested in tuning in somewhat. Other than that, there’s not much to make me invested in the product. My only two favorites right not are Seth and Roman. I like Bron Breakker too.

Looks like it will be a "slow burn" in getting better. Read the RAW recap, and other than more actual wrestling, didn't seem like much else changed. Thankfully, more wrestling (or lack of) is my biggest gripe with WWE. Haven't started watching again yet, but I have my ears perked up.

Some of the things I'm hoping for...
Change the design of most of the championships. Mainly the World, tag and US belts. Either bring back the Winged Eagle, or the Undisputed title so Roman doesn't have to carry around 2 hideous looking championships. Anything has to be better than just a giant WWE logo. The US belt looks so bad. Lol it is an eyesore every time I see it.
Have a segment on Raw where the 24/7 title is dropped in a trash can. 🗑
Get rid of gimmick ppvs.
Better use of the talent they have so we don't get 100 rematches.
No more awful looking CGI graphics during entrances.
Just off the top of my head.

Do away with darkened arenas, and get rid of the stupid multicolored lighting that drowns out out the crowd every single night. I’d actually like to be able to see all of the crowd like the old days.
Bring back unique PPV sets, and ones that aren’t massive LED screens that block out 1/4 of the entire arena.
Bring back Jim Johnson for wrestlers themes, and PPV themes.
Do away with the awful jump cuts, and crappy angles these broadcasts are plaqued with. Who is the idiot that’s responsible for this? This wasn’t a thing the last few decades, or at least not as terrible from what I remember.
Last, but certainly not least, better writing, and ones that actually make sense.
I’m sure there’s more, but these are ones that I feel immediately need to happen, in my opinion.

I don't think we'll see major changes happening right away. it will probably really slow, little by little.
I'm sure Vince will still be in Stephanie and HHH ear even though he's "retired"but hopefully they'll be able to make some positive changes.
stuff I'd like to see change are putting focus on the actual matches. nowadays the matches come second to everything else.
the writing and creative needs to change 100% to make it a wrestling show that's exciting to watch. right now I'm more excited watching paint dry.

I’m very excited to see what Hunter can do with control of creative but everyone that is asking for a complete overhaul is going to be greatly disappointed.

I don’t mind it for special attraction matches that might warrant it, like when some of the old Kane, or Fiend matches used them, but other than that, it’s super distracting while trying to watch on live TV. AEW listened to some fan feedback, and actually got rid of it altogether, or at least toned it down a good amount. I have no idea how people in live crowds deal with it on a normal basis. I’d easily get a migraine if I was flooded in that red, blue, orange, or green light for 3-4 hours, lol. |
