So he is not only head of talent relations, but head of all creative. This could get really good. NXT B&G was one of my favorite wrestling promotions ever. Most of the booking made sense, they foreshadowed, started guys at the bottom of the card and built them up the card.
Edit* I put head of all wwe creative but for some reason my phone deleted creative. So now I have a misleading headline.

I’ve never heard of “The 434” but I just saw a post they made saying morale is high right now and Triple H is on a mission to right the wrongs of the past 12 months and to expect some returns

I’m super interested to see Hunter running creative for the main shows. NXT was my favorite show of the three brands when he was running it

In all honesty I think this could be a significant play in not just WWE, but in wrestling. Triple H had a hell of a vision with NXT and there's really no reason why RAW and SD can't be engineered to appeal to the masses while still keeping casual fans happy. I think a better WWE product will lead to AEW reacting and improving their product. I'm not saying we are in for another wrestling war but I think that when one product gets better, the other will react. Vince hasn't believed in this philosophy since the Monday Night Wars, but its clear as day that someone like Triple H sees wrestling this way -- it was evident from the Wednesday Night Wars in 2019.
WWE is already at rock bottom. There's no other way to go but up. At the very least, a lot of good will come from it in terms of a 77 year old man isn’t the last line of approval. No more rewriting the entire episode of RAW at 2 pm on Monday. More linear stories, more guys getting a chance on TV, not booking the same match to death. Vince's dated approach to television and wrestling was so apparent. If nothing else, AT LEAST we are going to make some kind of progress with Triple H overseeing creative.
I'm excited to see what happens.
