2008. Wrestlemania 24 would be my choice. I know it doesn't have tattoos but slightly less obvious than viper or another evolution Orton.

Could they do interchangeable arms, heads, and shirts alongside an array of title belts to make a young and old Randy 2 in 1?

Anything from 04-05 is largely good with me. I'm definitely good with swappable arms and heads if they can make it duel eras but I'd go Legend Killer on it.
