I don't know if this would be considered a spoiler or not but just in case don't read any further if you haven't watched Guardians 3 yet
Does anybody think we gonna get a solo Star Lord movie? Would love to see a movie of him on Earth learning everything that he's missed since the 80's,you would think we gotta get something with the ending . A D+ series could work but Chris seems like somebody they gonna keep in the movies. Wouldn't mind a D+ show of the new Guardians tho,that could be really fun to get to know the newer characters more

Wife and I started Quantamania last night. Got about half way through it before falling asleep.
I’ll see how the last half of the movie goes but as of right now, I’m not feeling it. Seems like some bootleg Star Wars

Watched Quantumania in the comfort of my own home last night. Genuinely not understanding the hate for this.
Is it a top ten entry for the MCU? Nope but that's a tough nut to crack. But neither were the other 2 Ant Man movies so I dunno where the big expectations come from.
It was a good movie but had a few plot holes. I enjoyed it & it was worth my time.

It’s because people are mad a Marvel movie starring Paul Rudd was filled with jokes. It’s like every time something new for Marvel drops, people act like they have never watched anything else in the MCU. It was a really fun movie and I for one am glad they didn’t go the direction people thought they would. I’ll take all the Paul Rudd I can get. |

According to the reputable Hollywood sites Marvel are looking for a big actress to anchor F4 as Sue is the "big role" in the movie.
Emma Stone was offered but her & Disney couldn't meet on money because she wanted 20 Million.
Sounds like they want the F4 to unveil at SDCC
Other news seems to indicate Echo was terrible was nowhere near Feiges expectations & underwent massive reshoots 😳

I’m not a big F4 person but I may check out what they do with them. I’m more interested in when some X-Men stuff starts coming out. Maybe with Deadpool 3 that’ll be when it starts

I watched AM3 last night,didnt realize it was on D+ yet and like others have said I don't get the hate at all. I thought it was really fun,would I have changed things..sure but I can't think of any MCU movie that wouldn't have been better with a few tweaks. I do wish Kang would've came out looking a little more Big Bad but I still enjoyed it.
I know it's a lot of talk since the new Guardians movie about top MCU trilogies/series,what's everyone's list? I think Guardians does top mine now but I need to see it at least one more time before I can say for sure,mine would be

Finally watched Quantamania. I wanted to like it but it just didn’t hit with me.
Still yet to watch BP2. I’m lagging a bit behind on MCU stuff as I’m kinda burnt out with it. Hopefully Guardians 3 can reinvigorate me.

Watched Quantumania myself at the weekend. Might have another go tonight.
I can imagine the CGI was rougher when in cinema, obvs can see the hate for Modok but more irksome to me, the freshest entry for smartass yet a dumbass female characters they’re pushing, in Cassie.
The recast is actually more distracting to me than I thought it would be. This actress is utterly unlikable when there’s a distinct lack of nuance to her character. I saw her in Halt & Catch Fire and there were bitchy moments but there was also more to her character in the show so you had more chance to get to like that character.
In this film, it’s like she actively is there to make you hate her from beginning to end but she’s the good guy/hero and now an ant-woman.
Blows your mind, if you’re hanging on in, knowing they think swapping all the males for females is a good idea particularly when this is served up.
Modok is a great example of doing something partly “faithful” to comics but it’s not fit for screen. Get the joke. Ha ha. Yeesh.
Also if Disney-actress-475 (mandolorian woman) pops up in another thing for marvel or Star Wars, think I might pass out. Absolute charisma vacuum.
They need to check on who hired this chick & the ginger one from FAWS - they’re equally awful in my opinion.
I can see those points but I did have fun with the film generally. I think seeing Kang & getting i guess what would be our first taste of what’s to come (hopefully) went a long way to that.
Hoping for good news to come for Majors as he’s damn good - if not, I would support Yahya Abdul Mateen 2 for that spot. Good ol’ Cadillac.

Also saw Guardians. Deffo the best one since Far From Home. I love those core characters, it was just lovely seeing them again in a new adventure. I’m not really that cool with there not being any more adventures so I hope we’ll see them together again one day.
