Don’t think they will rehire many. Still the philosophy should be to look out for younger talent. Lumis and Kross were just too old. They need to build up younger wrestlers to avoid another Royal Rumble with almost everyone being 40 and older. Of course there can be exceptions (like there have always been), but don’t expect a full change in direction. The exceptions will most likely be Gargano and Wyatt, but they were already rumored under Vince. So no real changes here. The only one I can imagine to see return just because Triple H is in charge is Timothy Thatcher who was totally underrated.
However I am very certain that once their contracts are up for negotiations FTR and Moxley will consider a return.

Man, if you asked me the least likely ex-WWE guys to ever go back, those are literally the first 3 on my mind. They've running the show in AEW, competing in every company they want, and on schedules that let them spend more time with family. I'd go as high as 99.9% that they never return to WWE. Hardy/Jericho? Absolutely. (if they're even wanted at that point). But FTR/Mox. Not a chance.

Not gone but I’m hoping Bobby Roode gets a good run now. He can win the belt or just challenge for but he is too good to be wasted the way Vince was doing.

I remember Parquet even talked about Triple H offering support while Moxley was injured. FTR both mentioned their relationship to Triple H and how much of respect there is from both sides. Triple H even tried to get them back to NXT when they left WWE for AEW and they were highly reconsidering the offer but opted for AEW in the end as they felt NXT would have been a step back. I am sure if Triple H will put the focus more on tag team wrestling, FTR will be the first team to come back. The extra money for their family won’t hurt either. The recent rumors that WWE wants them back habe been commented by them too and they were extremely respectful and careful with their words. These guys are smart and know how to keep the door open.

Looks like Kross is coming back. I know a lot aren't a fan, but I think there's huge potential on the main roster. He might have had the worst NXT call up of all time, but let's just forget that happened, give him back everything that made him cool in black and gold and try again with HHH booking.

I'm cool with Kross and Scarlett coming back. Hopefully with better booking they can actually make some traction on the main roster. As for other potential rehires: I would have loved for Hit Row to come back, but it wouldn't be the same without Swerve. The only others who I don't believe are under contract anywhere and I would like to see come back are Tyler Rust, Vanessa Borne, and Persia Pirotta. I liked all of them in NXT and thought they would really become stars. I really like Dexter Lumis, so I hope he comes back. Though like others have pointed out, he is older than they probably want to contract now. Same goes for Timothy Thatcher. Would like to see him back too, but they are probably looking for younger stars. I can't believe nobody here is clamoring for Eva Marie or Jaxson Ryker returns!

He did a couple of AEW Dark appearances and maaaybe one dynamite/rampage, I can't remember. I loved him in NXT too and miss seeing him wrestle.

Hopefully? The Garganos, Lumis and Tegan Nox. Realistically? Q-Anon Kross and his hot wife.

Yeah,I don't need to see Hit Row back without Swerve, for me he was the only reason I liked them in the first place.
I know age is a issue for some people but not like guys like Dexter or Thatcher(forgot about him,he would be a great rehire imo)gonna be holding world titles anyways,so I don't see a big deal in it myself. I think they can bring a lot to the show and would love to see both back on my tv.
With Kross,we'll see how it goes. Even with Hunter behind him in NXT,it got pretty bad but tonight was a cool way to bring him back.

I think Gargano is a definite lock, especially since he really hasn’t don’t anything since he left NXT. Triple H and HBK absolutely love him.

so happy Kross and Scarlett are back 👍
I just need Gargano and Lumis back and I'll be satisfied.
People keep talking about not wanting to hire guys because of their age, but I think that was a Vince thing and Triple H is rolling that back. Kross, Gargano, Lumis, Ciampa, etc are all in their mid to late 30s but still in their primes now so might as well use them.

Wouldn’t mind seeing Bray back but only if they never mention the fiend once and just revert him back to weird swamp guy and drop all the hokey crap

I definitely see Gargano coming back. You know how people get that nervous reaction when you're talking to them about something they can't let be known? That's how Gargano and Candice both were at Starrcast. Was talking about the Dakota return and they both got fidgety like.
Even if it's for the US/IC title, a Ciampa vs Gargano feud would be awesome again.

I do think Gargano is coming back and soon. GCW was teasing a Blake Christian/Gargano feud, at one point Blake mentioned how Gargano was gonna be in Nashville where he got his title shot and the angle got completely dropped and Gargano never was mentioned again. So they def had a plan and it got dropped.

I applaud Triple H for going the direction of rehires. It is gonna get to be an even cooler time for the wrestling business, no matter what product you enjoy.
