Ok, I like to be really nice. But, I placed an order with ringside during their Xmas in July sale on July 25 for all IN STOCK items. They gave me a tracking number on July 28, but it still says USPS has not received the item. I contacted Ringside and they first responded with "It has been shipped, here is the tracking" When I responded that I know what the tracking is, but it says that USPS still has no received the item to ship. They told me to wait another day and to see if that changes. When I did wait and no change, I let them know. I was responded with "the warehouse informed me that the labels were printed and will be updated this week. The warehouse is still packing the orders."
I have never had to wait this long for an order of all in stock items to be shipped. Also paid for priority shipping. I also thought that this is right after SDCC so maybe they have a lot going on. But those are all preorders. So, anyone know if they are just short staffed or did they just simply miss this? I think I am getting the run around... rant over

More than a week is a long time for a package not to be shipped. That sucks, man

that sucks. I haven’t ordered anything in stock from RSC in a while but they may just have a lot of orders to fill
I believe they got in a new aew set, ue 13, e95 (maybe others too) recently so they have those orders to fill on top of the sale orders
hopefully they ship it soon

Seems like processing time is a crapshoot for a lot of etailers these days. Placed 2 orders within a day or so of each other (not rsc) and one shipped within 2 days while the other languished in processing status for over a week.

I think RS has been short staffed for some time now & I even think it says when checking out (something along the line of) “Due to the way the world is today please expect longer delays in processing/shipping”

Priorty mail or any shipping choice for that matter only applies to the time the shipping provider takes to get to you once its in there hands. The type of service you choose doesn’t mean the company you purchased from will get it shipped out any faster.

Have had it happened before and was told they were short staffed. For some reason they seem to print the label and not ship for 3-4 days. I had to just recently email them about the nwo Hogan cause it was was like 4 days after I got the shipping label notification, they also told me to give it a day and then after reaching out I get tracking the next day. Not sure why they do it that way, but they seem to do that to me every order. Did the 2-3 day usps for shipping and ended up getting it like 8 days later

And it depends on how much stuff you order. I’ve always had good luck with 1-4 items from them. Anymore & it seems to take much longer to process before it even ships out.

I did order over $100 worth of items so maybe that has something to do with it. Again though, 10 days to box them up and send them to the post office is pretty long. Especially since they printed the shipping label on the 28th and said the package is shipped. When it wasn't

I ordered some stuff from RSC last Friday. I got notification and a tracking number today. I figure that's pretty good given how busy they usually are.

I pre-ordered E94 Bulldog and Bret at like 2am one morning and that same day they came in stock and shipped mine.
So who knows

i understand there are delays and they are possibly short-staffed but that's ridiculous. they should never give someone a tracking # and then wait over a week to even give the package to the carrier.

I preordered Wolfpac Hogan day 1. I got no shipping notification. Found out it shipped by checking my RSC account. Got a shipping email the day after. Tracking showed no movement for days. It hadn’t even been dropped off to the carrier.
In the meantime, I saw someone get Hogans, raffle them off, and get delivered to the winner of the raffle all within the timeframe of mine shipping and not moving.
Finally got them. But, yeah. RSC is slow as molasses. Prices are high. Back order prices don’t go down anymore like they used to. They raise Pre order prices after the initial listing.
Also, if you’re with RSC or like to defend them then feel free to quote me or whatever. But it still doesn’t change the facts.

I've never had a problem. Only problem has ever been on Fed Ex which is why I use the USPS option now.

Seems like they are trying to ship out bulk instead of daily pick ups from USPS and or FedEx.
Maybe they are coming to ringside less per week now to save costs.

No issue with times, but shipping cost has gone up for to Australia. I remember when they added the lower tier to make it more affordable but now that one is quite a bit more again.

I haven’t experienced any issues recently. This one did happen to me last year maybe, with an AEW pre-order. Over a week after the label was created without movement I contacted them about it, they said to give it a few more days, and once that came and went with no movement they shipped it out to me.

I’ve never had a problem with ringside shipping the item now the horrible shipping option fedex smart post that’s a different story over a week to deliver a package that’s coming from 6 hours away
