im not used to subtlety in wrestling. i dont know how to feel normally they would make a big to-do about that car crash lol...and there would be a camera man in the crowd convulsing in all directions as the commentators say WHAT IS DEXTER LUMIS FROM THE NXT IMPACT ZONE DOING HERE that was vince's worst quality....his complete incompetence when it came to subtlety There was that one time when Elias debuted by just casually walking across hard cam with no one acknowledging his existence

I was sleeping through most of Raw so I don’t know what you guys are talking about with the car but that’s such a cool way to bring Dexter back. I fell asleep too It had nothing to do with the quality of the show. I was just beat today cause I didn’t get a nap in earlier. (Yes, my sleep schedule is ed like a woman in a 007 movie)

Well shit, it didn't suck again.
My wife is not gonna be happy. Already got 2 hours for Dynamite, an hour for rampage, Dark/Dark Elevation some weeks. Whatever ROH turns into. Random Indie Shows (West Coast pro what's up!), Impact. Thankfully this year's god-awful G1 is continuing to show that NJPW is really rough right now and I can tune in on a need to watch match basis. I didn't have 4 more hours in my week to spare (I figure I can shave an hour not watching live and skipping commercials. Maybe even more than an hour).
Reading through here I'd expected Bayley's promo to be awful. Outside of making a slip of the tongue (which she corrected) I didn't see anything wrong with it. She sounded like she was no longer reading from a script, and that's a good thing. Fully scripted promos are basically always awful. Can't sound too rehearsed or it just sounds lame as hell.
Ciampa/Lashley was stellar.
Women matter again. I don't know if I'm capable of mentioning Io without being said that I can't get Io/Giula and Io/Syuri in Stardom, but at least Kairi is there again. Bayley made a great face turn when she noted that no one realized how amazing Io is.
That Lumis re-debut was top notch. I lost my shit. Lumis was one of my absolute favourite things about an NXT era than included Kyle O'reilly and Adam Cole Bay-Bay.

Ciampa/Lashley had a great match!
Love seeing Io and Dakota on the main roster and feel important again.
KO's back again,so excited for what Hunter has in store for him.
Ill always enjoy seeing Dom get f*cked up by Rhea but disappointed with what's going on with this whole Judgment Day stuff. How great it could've been but just seems like they're spinning their wheels.
DEXTER F*CKING LUMIS IS BACK!!!!!

Feels really like AEW last August when everything was kicking off. I like it tho. Not saying that’s a bad thing. Just happy with everyone having a purpose behind them again at least it feels that way.

Ciampa vs Lashley ruled. Even in a losing effort Ciampa was made off that one match

Another great episode of Raw. The difference is night and day imo, I'm actually looking forward to watching week to week.
Lumis is someone I didn't ever really care for in NXT, but I'm very intrigued with where they're going with him.
I read somewhere that that was AJ's first Raw main event victory in 3 years. Not sure how credible that is but it's an insane stat if true.
Owens is picking up serious momentum, Ciampa is already doing better than anyone could ever have hoped (even in defeat) and the Women's division is absolutely stacked. What's not to like?

I'm not someone who only started liking or watching the show because of Triple H but it's really cool to see that Triple H, albeit in a slightly different manner, has been able to keep a lot of the momentum that WWE has had this year going into his regime. Last night was a great episode. The little Street Profits/Rollins program has been good, with decent matches on these past two shows while also building towards Riddle/Rollins. Good stuff. I really hope KO squashing Ezekiel doesn't mean we've seen the last of Kevin Owens as a goofy yet serious heel because I've thoroughly enjoyed a lot of his work in recent memory. The tag team run with Rollins, the gaslighting by Ezekiel and company against him.. It's all been great. Owens is at his best when he can gyrate with the New Day and betray them moments later. I hope he maintains his comedic aspects if he's going a more serious route now. Kai and Sky winning was good. I wasn't expecting much out of the match considering they were facing the 24/7 gals. What a great ing match that was with Ciampa and Lashley. I was somewhat scared that Triple H was going to make the wrong decision and have Ciampa win, which imo would've been a huge shot to a lot of Lashley's legitimacy, but instead the match was nearly perfectly booked. Ciampa played the role of a crafty veteran heel perfectly and his offense reflected that. There were parts where it felt Lashley was done for but I'm glad we got Lashley with the win. He's the perfect guy to help establish more legitimacy to the US title in the future. One of the best in the business today. I'm also glad that the Ciampa/Miz partnership is still going on. I saw people saying Gargano would show up and split the two up but I'm so happy that didn't happen, Ciampa and Miz have won me over as a duo and I think it still has some life to it. Omos squashing guys is what it is. I hope he's still got a role on TV in the future because there's always a place for genetic freak giants in wrestling and Omos with MVP has been good. Ziggler and Gable was a really good match continuing off their appearance in last week's triple threat. Interested to see where Ziggler goes in the future and what happens with the Alpha Academy. Main event was great despite it feeling like a vehicle for what has everyone talking with Dexter Lumis returning to WWE. Miz and Styles are both so great. I'll never understand Miz haters, damn. I also really like that this match and the Lumis bit were built up throughout the show. It's not a new tool for WWE by any means but it's something I like to see instead of announcing the entire card for the show beforehand. The narrative throughout all three hours is a great way to keep people interested during a show as long as Raw. Overall an awesome show and I hope this streak can continue. I've got high hopes for WWE's future as I think they've got all the momentum in the world as a company.

I won't be at the WWE one, it's in August. (I live in Saskatoon a buddy and I are just gonna fly out to Toronto for the AEW one). If it was the Friday or Monday accompanying Dynamite/Rampage I'd definitely go
