this is so frustrating. again. like....i dont understand why there is ZERO consistency with these retail sets anymore
series 1 is a full case of flair and hogan, and a mixed case of honky & bray, but flair, honky and bray shipped together, hogan shipped separate but then again with more flair. hogan and flair have their own pegs but the others dont
now series 2 is shipping but only to canada, then warrior is showing up ON CLEARANCE in the US but nobody has found any other series 2
i legit dont understand why everything gets completely botched when it comes to retail.

It’s almost like they go out of their way to f up. I hate going to Walmart. Nothing worse than walking into that hell hole and finding nothing new except for the absolute dregs of society. |

Agreed. Yes here in Canada we've had series 2 for about a month now. Walmart ca just listed it online for the first time a few days ago and the three (Nash, Hall, Micheals) sold out within two days. Warrior and Undertaker sold out quickly online as well. In my Walmart the three from series 2 they are collecting dust. I never saw series 1 here at retail. Wondering if series 3 will ever be available in Canada. |

I'm sure Action Figure Attack genuinely shares our frustration on multiple levels -- but it's really sad and pathetic how poorly organized Walmart is. It has its low-rent reputation for a reason apparently |

Stores usually order LOTS of Series 1 figures in order to "set" an item, much more than any other series. With the shelves being backed up by the huge amount of Series 1, Series 2,3,etc. gets put in a limbo state where you have these weird sightings.
Knew those ToyGuru videos would come in handy

What's the cost of these in Canada? My cousin lives there and I dont know if it would be worthwhile asking him to pick them up and ship them to me here, in the UK, if they are so easy to get there.

Find myself genuinely wondering whether or not I should pursue these third party and cancel my preorders. I'd like to support these at retail and get them for retail price, but as it stands I have little to no faith in Walmart delivering on the November ETA for Warrior and Series 3.

I don't collect these, but I feel like these will go the way of the Retros and MOU line. Series 1 will be plentiful, but series 2 and beyond will be a task to acquire at retail. I go to 2 walmart's weekly and these have been sitting for a while. I saw a clearance sticker on Hulk yesterday but it was the same price as the regular price lol

I managed to pick up Hall and Nash in Canada this past weekend when i was there for a live event with Trish. Completely surprised me considering TRU had a SummerSlam shipper with year old figures. All I see here in the states is Flair/Wyatt

Can someone with the ability or influence to get it done, merge this thread with the other 33 page Superstars thread and sticky it to the top of the page? There is a lot of good member contributions in the other thread that people new to this line, or thinking about jumping in, may enjoy. There is no reason for the MOTU WWE thread to be stuck at the top of the page, that line is dead. Un-sticky that one. RSCTom , you are a man of the people, can you help with this? Thanks. |
