I don’t understand why these characters aren’t anchors in every legend set that comes out

Hogan
Hitman
Macho
Warrior
Hbk
Flair

Atleast one of these guys should be in every set. Sting would of been another one, but hey according to Bill “we got stung” but some how we were all left clamoring for more/proper blonde stingers.
