Chalk Line has announced that Kurt Angle merchandise is coming. Given that they do licensed merch for WWE, and therefore can only do superstars that are signed to WWE contracts (like Mattel), I think it’s safe to say that Kurt has signed a new deal. Now that swappable heads are a thing, we could get a Kurt Angle from Judgement Day 2002 with hair and without hair and maybe, if we’re extra lucky, a headgear with wig accessory. The chin strap could probably hold it in place on the bald head without having to do the peg and hole that Doink has.

I wouldn’t mind a redo of the Elite 59, but as an Ultimate with the matching sweatpants. Of course there are many attires to do before that though…I‘ll take anything from 2001/2002.

That being said I hope it's true. As far as I understand, a merch deal is a merch deal. The only exception seems to be those HOF t-shirts, which are done outside of contracts. But Chalk Line clothing isn’t. |

If it's true (and I hope it's DAMN true!), I bet this is gonna be the first attire we get:  I think it was scheduled to be in that Attitude Era series on Amazon, but I'm not sure. It looked awesome aside from that insane Ryback singlet. I am going to echo the idea of kindly asking Mattel to please tool a new less ripped to the gills singlet torso for all Kurt Angle figures. |

This could easily be a UE Angle with three different heads; with hair, bald, and a sculpt with the wig and headgear. I’d honestly buy three to display every option. |
