I think Ivory would make for a pretty good UE. The base figure could be her Summerslam 1999 attire with an additional set of bare arms, a soft goods RTC outfit, three heads (hair down nuetral face/tied back neutral face/tied back screaming face) and a microphone. For lower level characters I think it would help to essentially be a 2 in 1.
