Hey Everyone~
I was in TRU today, and as I was looking at the WWE figures, my dad was looking at the new Star Wars figures. He looked at me and said, "Is this from the Episode 3?"
I looked, and they say "Revenge of the Sith" right on the figures. I said, "Yup. Movie is in theatres May 13th."
Well, the difference between the figures are.... they weren't just "sneak peek" figures. There were a TON of new figures that I hadn't seen before. There was another kid looking at them while we were shopping. Well, once we decided to leave, we got to the checkouts, and they kid that was next to us at the SW display was buying some figures.
We'll, the register must've said something, because the cashier said, "Just one moment please." She walked over to a gentleman and said, "I keep getting the 'not for retail' thing on my register. What do I do?" The guy came over, tried scanning it himself, two or three times, and finally just said, "just over-ride it. I don't know why that keeps coming up."
So, the kid got some new figures that I don't think we suppose to be sold yet. I don't collect SW figures, so I really don't know which figures "aren't suppose to be released yet".
Just though I'd let some people know that some TRUs may be over-riding the new figures and you can buy them if they are out there.
