Since he’s part time now anyways but what about once he’s no longer champ? Or once he starts to show up less & less?
I’d personally miss the guy and I hope he continues to show up at least a few times every year. I’d say his recent heel run has been some of the best stuff on WWE TV in the last 5-10+ years.

Nah. It’s tough at the moment, he’s not exactly leaving behind anything you’d go back to and enjoy as much as you may have done at the time it happened - except from when Braun was chucking ambulances on him. And the character is cool that he has, but it hasn’t really moved past the high point hit last year with that, flatlined. He needs to do more, be more active and have engaging storylines to leave something to miss - I’m sure it can happen still. Or I’d probably just remember him as a figure hated in his time, who was fine as what he does, nothing more.

I'll definitely miss him, or more specifically, miss the magic of the last 2 years. I've enjoyed a return to a champ with a serious tone who is in his prime. Reigns made WWE title matches must-see again. I don't think he's done as champ until WWE is really ready to shift to a new #1 guy. There's likely a money feud with the Bloodline as well as an eventual Shield reunion before he really calls it quits.

Definitely, he's been one of the best parts of wrestling since his heel turn. The feud with Jey was incredible stuff and all this Bloodline stuff has been great.

I would say so, he has been one of the brightest stars of the last few years, even when his persona was stale, he still delivered in the ring. He has always been the best performer out of all three of The Shield guys for me.

No, but I don’t really miss anyone from recent eras…besides Mr. Brodie Lee. I miss the hell out of him. Others like Wyatt, even though I’m a fan I can’t say I MISSED him.
Actually I’ll miss Malakai Black while he’s gone, but I expect to see him in WWE by Wrestlemania.

Yes. A couple of years ago I wouldn’t have cared at all but he’s cemented his place with me. He’s the biggest draw and biggest star currently in the wrestling business.

If anything it will make me want to watch more. He has somehow found a way to make his matches even more unwatchable and boring than they were back in 2015-2016, etc.

I always loved Roman. Maybe it's because I look like a cross between him and Rollins. Anyways, besides Reigns, Rollins, Mysterio and a few others, I don't care for the product. I already feel like the product is diluted since all my favorites are gone (my childhood was in the late 90's early 2000's). I did feel like the last time we had some interesting characters was a little before Ambrose left. You had the Wyatt family, Cesaro, Rhyno, Batista, Neville etc... You need guys have that have aura around them when a spectacle is done. You witness history and you wonder if it's the last time you'll see them. I remember when Reigns was getting booed and slandered here like it was yesterday. I knew Reigns was a great character, it was more of the direction they were leading his character which seemed unnatural for him. I'll still say it, Reigns could been successful as a face, but he needed to be an antihero. He didn't need to do much mic work, just destroy and keep silent type of deal.

Not really. I enjoyed the Jey Uso feud, but after that I have thought this entire Head of the Table run has been the same promos every single time he is on, followed by the same match every single time he wrestles. It's very "safe" and "lazy" feeling, as far as writing goes to me. Nothing has felt "new" about the character since the Jey feud ended.
But that has nothing to do with not missing him. With wrestling, I like the ever changing landscape of it. It's part of the appeal to me. So when someone leaves, whether I like them or not, I don't really miss them. I am more excited to see who takes their spot. Who the next person is for me to like or not like.

Egh, not really. I’ve never been a “Roman hater” per say, but I’ve never bought him as “the guy” either. I enjoyed him in the initial Shield run, and during his first few months as a singles competitor. Then he got injured, and when he returned he turned into “sucker’in suck-a-tash” Roman. That’s when I started to not care and was fully behind Ambrose to become the next big star.
Rather than just turn him heel sooner, Vince ignored the backlash and it felt like the entire company was put on hold for half a decade in an attempt to get him over as a face. His matches were all the same, and other stars seemed to have a ceiling placed over their heads in an attempt to not overshadow Roman. The company seemed to hit rock-bottom creative wise (and this is coming from a fan who watched the New Gen era live).
Then they finally pulled the trigger and turned Roman heel in mid-2020. The cocky attitude was refreshing, and the Jey Uso feud was one of the best stories the WWE had given us in years. Roman seemed to be moving away from the “three moves of doom” and his overall matches were an improvement from the past few years…and then he seemed to revert back to the old formula.
Spamming Superman punches. Uso interference in title matches. Same “bloodline” promos. I don’t blame this on Roman as he’s doing what the company books him to do, but I also feel like two years is about the max a company can get away with a title reign in todays-era. There’s just too much TV and over-exposure in todays wrestling scene to do the same thing over and over before it gets old. I think had he dropped the title at some point to someone like Balor or Owens, only to win it back shortly after wouldn't have hurt his run at all. Winning a few more matches on his own, rather than constant Uso interference wouldn’t have hurt either IMO.
Will I miss Roman like I do guys like Austin or Rock? No. Heck, I don’t think I’d miss him like I missed Bray the past year and a half. I think Roman has had some fun-little runs here and there, but it doesn’t outshine the years of shoving him down our throats in an attempt to make him the face of the company.

Yes.
He should keep the title long enough to break Bruno's record.
