BCA Era. TTL Era. APA ring attire Bradshaw was released in ring gear, oddly in a 2 pack against Test. You'd think the same set would've had an Albert vs Faarooq 2 pack, but no such luck. Walmart exclusive from 01 or 02. The fact we didn't get any APA in gear in TTL form, or RA/Classic form was BS. I remember how gutted I was seeing the Adrenaline set in store for the first time and they were in jeans.

Walmart exclusive from 01 or 02. That was supposed to be from the Summerslam 2001 match, wasn't T&A era. But ya I never understood how they never made the ring attire APA. My best guess is that they didn't want to produce a toy with that kind of satanic logo on the chest/tights. Val Venis is probably the only TTL guy who comes to mind. He was established and we did get an RTC prototype, but he never came out. The rest of the RTC guys likely were just a victim to timelines. I think the lag was closer to 6-8 months to get approval, announce, and into production. The ROTR 3 Steven Richards was probably announced in early 2001, wasn't released until spring 2001, and the gimmick was dead by the time it finally came out. At the time it seemed like an eternity between sets, but Jakks really hit their stride with TTL's mid fall/winter 2000 and the line was winding down less than a year later. Unchained Fury releasing as TTLs instead of R3s was such a godsend and like a final good act.

One of the worst parts of that AD6 set was they literally broke up like right as that set became in stock on RSC and before it hit retail.

I'm pretty shocked to see so many people disappointed about 3MW. They had a brief run from fall 2002, but I don't remember them every being consistently a big part of Raw long enough that they'd have gotten a figure EXCEPT maybe in the 06-08 Jakks days where they just started to make everyone.
Rico had been on TV for a while as Billy & Chuck's manager before he switched over to 3MW, so his inclusion made a little more sense.
It's sort of crazy that RA's were originally built out as all brand new, first time figures for the first 2 series. I still can't believe they made figures of Cena, Chavo, Orton, Kidman, Noble, Dreamer, and Rico. At the time I remember Bischoff, Mysterio, and Brock being the must-have and the rest were kind of like well it's a new style so I may as well get some of the other ones. I knew Orton was going to be in Evolution, and would be wanted so I nabbed him too. Series 2 Steiner and Batista were the big ones, Batista was injured but knew he'd be hard to get once he came back.

Do you know what's even funnier to me looking back now, Cena is in 3 of the first 5 Series. If that's not a sign of what's to come, I don't know hat is.
