Before I waste my time downloading a photo app to upload photos here I have a quick question. Does anyone here know anything about the 2inch hasbro figures that came in cereal? It’s from J.K. Food products and was released in Valenzuela and come in WWF bags with hasbro artwork? I am very knowledgeable about figures but have never seen or heard of these I do have 2 pics of them.

What a blast from the past to see you posting! Would love to see what the figures look like outside of the bags. Do any pic’s exist loose?

The pictures on the back of the bags makes it seem like the figures were similar to the miniature gum ball machine style ones that came out as a mix of Hasbro and Galoob in various colours. The picture of Superfly in particular is almost identical to that mini figure, with his arm raised. Interesting that it says "WrestleMania '94", lol.

Are you referring to these figures( link at bottom), if so I always thought these were homemade things (notice Barry windham galoob at the bottom left) i.postimg.cc/hjsMKKHX/A948-FFD3-AB33-49-AF-8-D3-F-CC6840-E512-C0.jpg

I was thinking they might be like the ones I just posted below ( I posted a reply link) but I always assumed those were home made?

I've seen an alternate version of the Jimmy Snuka, though, with his arm raised like on the back of those packets. Do you have any idea what the figures in the bags looked like? As far as I know, the different coloured mini figures were like gumball machine prizes or something along those lines, maybe someone else can confirm or deny.

The mini figures have always interested me because they're obviously moulded and more or less look exactly like their Galoob and Hasbro counterparts. I'm no toymaker, so I marvel at how they got the actual moulds for those figures in that size.

Anyway these minis are not homemade. They are bootlegs, I have them bagged with an entrance. Attachment Deleted

View AttachmentNice to know. I had never seen any bagged like that. I think it’s safe to say that the ones I posted are probably the same things just bagged different. The bags are cool and caught my attention.

I'm no toymaker, so I marvel at how they got the actual moulds for those figures in that size. When those surfaced, homemade mold making was a hot topic and people would use mineral spirits to shrink molds( make a mold of the original and use mineral spirits and it would shrink the mold when dried and then just keep repeating the process until you got the size you wanted and then make a new master mold and make unlimited quantities of said item) so I thought for sure that is what those mini hasbro/galoobs we’re from But Ruby Fusion just proved that foreign company’s bootlegged them with the same concept.

Actually I bought mine in 2011, before I even knew about mold shrinking or maximizing...

I was gifted the set Ruby posted when I was a kid. It always intrigued me as to how they were able to do that! I wish I would have known where my friend bought that from!
