A camel and Bobby Heenan will sit right next to weasel-suit Heenan on Ringside, currently selling at $5.49 lol
But seriously, I would be down for a cheaper cardboard of the entrance. Definitely not anything like the crowdfund. However, WMIX was a bad Wrestlemania and not one I'd care much to have immortalized, though the aesthetic itself was pretty cool. If it came with the Steiners I'd have to get it.

I would love a WrestleMania 9 entrance. Genuinely one of my favourite WrestleManias to watch back.

I'd be okay with this. Not the best Mania, but it was a cool looking set. Since nothing lights up, it shouldn't be that expensive to make out of plastic (or whatever the RAW letters are made from). They could do this as a Mattel Creations exclusive, something for those who purchased the New Generation Ring. If they included the black ring posts and black & gold ropes that you could use with the New Generation Ring (being able to swap out the blue ring posts and red/white/blue ropes), the WM9 ring skirts, and maybe an Ultimate Edition Figure like the one you mentioned (Heenan on the camel). If not Heenan, the Steiner Brothers in their attire from that event would be great (my top attire choices for them). Other Ultimate Edition figures from that event: Bret Hart, the Narcissist Lex Luger, Mega Maniacs Brutus Beefcake (to go with the UE Hulk Hogan from this event), Million Dollar Man (white tux), Crush (to go with the UE Doink we got), Undertaker (with the cart he rode to the ring in, and the vulture), Giant Gonzalez, Yokozuna, or Gorilla Monsoon in a toga. Early bird special: Macho Man and the sedan.

I would buy it for sure but if specifically for for a 30th anniversary of '93 I would prefer a tribute to the Lex Express or the bodyslam on the Intrepid. An actual battleship would be getting a bit carried away but would love to see them try it.

How much display room do people have to add a 3rd(?) Entrance set from a lower tier wrestlemania.
Sure it was a unique look but guessing the demand wouldnβt be high enough to be worth producing.

On one hand its so iconic for this era and one of the most unique and fun stages in the history of the company.
On the other hand, its objectively top 3 worst WrestleMania's of all time and probably the worst year in wrestling ever.
I'd buy!

Definitely the Steiners and Crush would be a selling point for it but I'd also take Mr Fuji Giant Gonzalez and El Matador or Bret Macho and Sherri with it

I wouldn't purchase it personally because it's not from the era I collect, however that stage is beautiful. It would be cool to see in toy form.

It's gotta be the finish with Hogan going over plus Macho Man's terrible commentary. When he didn't know what to say, which was often, he'd just say "It's Wrestlemania 9!!!" OSW Review does a great job highlighting all his head-scratching comments from that event. In fairness to him, he should've been on the card, maybe even putting Bret Hart over since Hogan didn't want to do it. |
