It sort of sucks to know that if you're athletic enough, they can book you to put on a stellar match in under six months ... meanwhile other people been wrestling for a decade. not athletic enough, but a big enough following Big enough following, but one that's not even tuning in. A fraction of his followers watching would increase viewership by millions but its not.

For all Triple H has done right, the women's divisions are as stale as ever.
Ronda Lousey and Bianca BelFlair are the new charlotte.

It’s almost criminal how good Logan is.

I for one like that we are consistently having longer title reigns. Makes them more prestigious. Makes it so only the very best can have them. Makes things more unpredictable.

It originally sounded like the plan was Roman vs Sami at the Rumble and Usos vs Sami and Ko at mania but they were saying because of how much merch and how over the bloodline is all of that is potentially off the table Roman vs Sami or Owens will be at Elimination Chamber. There's a reason it's in Canada and not Saudi next year Usos vs Sami and Owens at Mania. No amount of merch selling will make a difference to the result of a match. They will sell merch regardless

Enjoyable show once again.
I think I enjoyed Bayley and Bianca most, feels like the ladies always try and think of new things to do in stip matches. Even if some don't work (damn table)
Logan Paul is so good for a celeb wrestler. Very good match
I even enjoyed Braun and Omos. Short and inoffensive

Remember like 2008-2010 when the titles would change hands like every 2 months or less Say what you will but they have built this reigns in such a way that when Roman, The Usos, Bianca, and Gunther all lose their titles it’s gonna be a big deal.

I thought it was odd that Michael Cole talked about Sasha’s feud with Bianca today, but they I heard Naomi and Sasha were added back into the intro today too.

I'd rather watch a Logan Paul match than a Dominik Mysterio match. Any day. I'd have to agree. I don't even dislike Dominik but Logan seems to be better at this. It's easy for people to write him off as a douchebag celebrity but you can't ignore talent and charisma.

I gotta say, it feels like wwe is in a very strong position right now going into rumble/mania season. They have a strong mix of talent on top who are very over. One thing I’ll give Triple H a ton of credit, is building the stars on top and getting them over. I feel like when Trips took over for Vince Roman, Brock, and Lashley were the only guys truly over and not killed by 50/50 booking. But I feel like those three guys are still very over, the whole bloodline, a ton of women, Sheamus, Imperium, Drew McIntyre, Riddle, Seth, Judgement Day, New Day, Bray, OC, are all over with a ton of other guys being worked on their way up to being over. Should

Couldn't watch live because work. This is my thoughts as the show goes on. (Sorry for the long post)
Brock Lesnar Vs. Bobby Lashley Pretty fun match, loved Brock having to pull a sneak pin out to win. Keeps Lashley strong for a probable feud with Roman. Lesnar has to be a top 5 seller in wrestling today.
Damage Control Vs. Alexa/Asuka - Women's Tag Titles Alexa looked like the Alexa of old in this match. She seemed super confident in this match and the pre-match promo as well. One of Damage Control's better tag matches. Not a huge fan of the match ending via shenanigans, but whatever. Alexa Vs. Nikki should be a good match when it happens. Wonder how Alexa is gonna get roped back into the Wyatt story.
McIntyre Vs. Kross - Steel Cage Haven't seen the match as of typing, but I do not care about this match. Scarlett pepper spraying the ref killed me lol. Commentary was weird this match. They barely cared about Kross' Doomsday Saito, which is like one his 3 big moves. Later on, McIntyre hit a Claymore and they didn't even say anything. Whatever, Drew wins to even it up. Prolly have one more on Smackdown or Survivor Series.
Judgment Day Vs. The O.C. Judgment Day looked badass until they got to ringside and they started focusing on Dominik. AJ Styles just wants to damn us to an eternity of getting Black/Red Elite figures. AJ hit a crazy looking brainbuster on Dom at one point. Balor crushed Styles with that Coup de Grâce. Good match, wonder who The O.C. will get to combat Rhea. Mia Yim maybe?
Omos Vs. Strowman Omos is only 28. Jesus. That botched over-the-top clothesline to Omos looked brutal. Didn't expect Strowman to win tbh. Fun match, Omos looked good.
Usos Vs. Brawling Brutes Shoutout to Jey for doing all this with a broken wrist. The avalanche 1-D was a cool finish. Not much else to say besides really good match. Really hope New Day don't beat them on Smackdown next week.
Bianca Belair Vs. Bayley - Last Woman Standing Completely unrelated, but I have a new coworker that looks really similar to Bayley. Anyways, orange case spot was funny because it showed up outta nowhere. Golfcart spot kinda sucked, and OOF to that table not breaking for Bayley. Wasn't a fan of the stage segment of the match at all tbh. Ending was good though, with the table spot, 450 onto chairs, KOD onto chair, then the ladder trap. Gotta assume Bianca faces Rhea at the Rumble, the Charlotte at Wrestlemania right? I mean, she's literally ran through everyone else on the Raw roster.
Reigns Vs. Logan Paul - WWE Universal Title Pre-match promo is playing right now and i am genuinely scared lol. Roman's new Bloodline tree CGI thing was kinda cool, looks better than his giant statue one. Roman had Cody Rhodes levels of pyro for his entrance. They made such a big deal about Jake Paul being there, but he isn't even in Logan's corner. LOGAN JUST HIT A BUCKSHOT LARIAT!?!?!?! Roman calling out Mr. Beast is something I wouldn't have predicted in a million years. Logan has a better frog splash than Dominik Mysterio and that is hilarious. Overbooked AF ending, but I loved it. God damn fantastic match. The storytelling, Roman's selling, both sides teams coming out to help.
Overall, the show was great. 2 years in a row Crown Jewel has been good now. Only thing I wasn't a fan of was Kross/McIntyre, and even that wasn't bad, just a bit boring. 8/10 for me

Man, is Paul didn’t win over people’s respect in that match, I don’t know what will. Dudes a STAR in the ring and has proven he can go. His performance tonight was great and made all that better to know he powered through an injury like that. Best believe he won the boys over in the locker room after finding out the injury news.
If he sticks with it and is booked right when he comes back, Trips may have his golden goose.
