6 weeks ago I used the 'contact us'- 'Products purchased in the the last 30 days' on Mattel Creations to no response.
2 weeks later I tried the 'warranty' option and then later general 'contact us'.
7 days I got an email saying their systen was broken, has now been fixed and to try again. I immediately did this but have still had no reply.
I am not in the USA so can not use the automated 'return' process and do not have access to international phone calls.
Any suggestions or similar stories?

You have to call them. There's a number for international customers on their contact page.

Same. I ordered some figures that came damaged and needed to return them. Contacted over a month ago, and again a couple of weeks ago, and still nothing.

I tried contacting them about the delay on the NHB figure. They never responded to it, but after the figure had arrived they apologized and sent me a 10% off discount.

I’ve tried to contact them myself on changing my address on my two Cody Ultimates twice to no response

It had the wrong address listed for the first retro set and aI was able to change it in my account profile page. I forget what I did, but I did change there.

I wrote them multiple emails across a few weeks at one point. I didn't get anything so I finally sent them a message on Facebook and mentioned that I had not received any responses to my multiple emails. My email was responded to within 12 hours of the Facebook message.

Hmm it was pretty easy for me. You just have to press the buttons and ask for a supervisor if really needed. I moved and they replaced my Macho Man Ultimate from the new gen set with no problems at all. They sent to the old address and realized they made a mistake and sent one to my new address as well.
