Whether it be a one time stipulation, or a stipulation from yesteryear that isn't used as frequently now, what is your favourite?
Mine is without a shadow of a doubt the Championship Scramble.

Concepts I always felt would have been cool to see but were never used are a table to fall match. Where the only way to win is to put your opponent through a table & immediately get a successful 3 count from it.
Then the video game exclusive: slobber knocker match could have worked well in real life. I know it's technically just a gauntlet match but the way all the wrestlers were like lumberjacks around the ring was cool.

I like "falls count anywhere". It's fun to see the weird places they end up.

Dog collar matches are one of my favorites that surprisingly aren’t used a ton, at least within the company.

Funny enough, my favourite is the Championship Scramble as well. Unforgiven 2008 is one of my favourite PPV's because of it, but it's never done and hasn't been for years. It's a great concept.
I still can't get over the image of The Brian Kendrick as WWE Champion.

I love the Championship Scramble! I just don't know if it works as a main event to a PPV type of match. Like I think doing one for the IC or US title would be a great idea.

2 out of 3 falls matches. When done right, they're great. You don't really see these much anymore.

Champion vs. Champion Title vs. Title Belt vs. Belt
Winner Take All Championship Title Unification match.

The scramble match would be good for like an episode of Raw or Smackdown but idk about PPV. I like the idea of it being for something like a #1 contendership as opposed to a title. Did anyone really think MVP, Shelton or Kendrick were leaving Unforgiven 08 as WWE Champion?
I miss the falls count anywhere match that Holly, Bossman, and Snow used to have that would end up in the snow or the river or the local bar. Those were wild.

Anus explosion Deathmatch. It's a real thing.
My real answer is the multi person matches where each person has to get eliminated, as opposed to just first to score a win takes the match.
Past that, the location based ones. If you're gonna do falls count anywhere and live crowd has to watch on the monitors, go all the way with it.

A proper 3 Stages of Hell match. We've only had 2 in the last 10 years plus. And one of those was John Cena vs Ryback...

Judy Bagwell On A Pole match.
Championship Scramble comes to mind pretty quickly. Falls Count Anywhere is another. I'd take that over the *insert location here* Street Fight matches, so long as it actually spills outside of the ring for a considerable amount of time and not just a few punches in the second row.

WCW's Triple Cage match. HHH doesn't seem averse to WCW PPVs/matches like Vince, so I have my fingers crossed we'll see it again. Seems extremely unlikely though.

Single match with a 15 minutes time limit.
Miss those old WCW days. Even the WWF used it at WMIX and the following KoTR. Great times.

I always like it when in a battle royal you can also eliminate someone by pinning them.
