Konnan is the most glaring omission but even if another company were to make his figure, they probably wouldn't do his Wolfpac attire right away or have the nWo logo on it.

Those figures look awesome man. Sometimes, it makes me appreciate that we have modernized figures from twenty years ago or so. Wish there were more rights to more WCW characters. I just want to relive my childhood like WCW/NWO Revenge. These are the figures I wish we had back in the 90's lol.

Looks good! I don’t remember was the Lex part of this last package I sent you? And just so you know I am not sure if I mentioned it to you when it arrived, but Andrea is not happy with you. Because I had canceled that Thundercats Bengali, but when yours arrived and I saw it in hand I reordered one for myself. lol

Yeah, I'm very critical of Mattel's decisions when it comes to certain figures. That's only because we know their level of work and what they're capable of, so it's really odd sometimes. I'll stay this, Mattel is the best manufacture when it comes to making WWE figures. I don't think any other toy company has come close to their accomplishments or will for a while. We get scale, unique molds, soft goods etc. Jakks had a deeper roster, better communication and imo better headsculpts for the most part (although they both use gentle giants). A lot of people here wanted Hasbro to take over. Quite frankly, imo, Hasbro cheaps out on every other figure. It's one of the reasons why I don't buy some of the characters I like. Every other guy shares the Bucky Cap mold and a lot of the figures feel cheap. I also hate ratchet joints too. I think McFarlane could make some interesting WWE figures, but I don't think they would be good from a playability standpoint. |
