yeah i keep waiting for some type of shipping notification but still nothing. hopefully it'll just show up at my house like it has been for other people. either way kinda weird for a $150 item.

Still nothing on my end. No email. Nothing in my spam folder. No magical packages showing up. My order on the Mattel Creations says “Unfulfilled”. I don’t know what the hold up is. I preordered it nearly a month and a half ago. If it’s in stock now, ship the darn thing out.
I sent a message to Mattel Creation’s customer support about it yesterday, so I’ll probably hear back in a month after I already received it

It’s still cheaper to buy the set and “lose money” on the ring to get another Kane. |

It’s still cheaper to buy the set and “lose money” on the ring to get another Kane. Exactly. People are buying the set because of the Kane. Some are keeping the ring (like myself). Others are selling/trying to sell the ring, to get back some of the money spent. |

Received mine today and now i dont know how to open it withhout damaging the packaging 🤔 Any help? At the bottom there is the tape and card flaps however where they tuck in at the 2 sides it is around 3 inches long so is kind of hard to pull open without any damage |

I sent multiple messages that were never responded to when I was having issues with the New Gen ring but when I called I was able to speak with someone who was very helpful almost immediately. |

Not sure why you can still buy the item if it’s back ordered. I’m just real paranoid about not receiving this.
