Vs. Nasty Boys at Halloween Havoc 90 - they showed that the NWA US Tag Titles were just as important as the NWA World Tag Titles
Vs. Sting & Lex Luger at Super Brawl 1991 - holy crap! What a match!! Just four men going all out!! If you haven't watched it, watch it now!
Vs. Doc & Gordy at Beach Blast 92 - talk about four men just pounding each other with power moves! Just like the match before, it has to be watched!
Vs. Money Inc. at WWF Superstars July 1993 - they had two matches back to back on WWF Superstars in the summer of 1993. Watch them, it's great wrestling and Vince McMahon knew it, you could tell by his commentary!

Vs. Heavenly Bodies at SummerSlam 93 needs to have an honourable mentioning here too. That was a helluva match and may have saved SummerSlam that year (along with Bret vs. Doink)

I'm glad someone mentioned this match, well deserved. And you're right, Bret vs. Doink, and to a lesser extent, Jerry Lawler, were great matches as well. Bret and the Steiner/Heavenly Bodies match were definitely the highlights of SummerSlam 1993.

Their WWF run could've been so much more, but man did they give us some gems Yep, they definitely were the best tag team in the world at that time. It amazes me how badly the WWF messed up their run in the company, especially at a time when they (the WWF) were in desperate need of a top tag team to be the face of the division (like Demolition and LOD before them). They could have had one hell of a run with the company, been long time champions to solidify them as the best, and had great feuds with Money Inc, the Headshrinkers, the Quebecers, the Heavenly Bodies, the Hart Brothers, Shawn and Diesel, Owen and Yoko, etc. It's a shame their run only lasted about a year and a half.

Great idea and this is so tough that if I thought about it more I would change my list.
Anyway right now I am going for
Vs Hart Brothers: Wrestle Feat I actually love this whole VHS.
Vs Head Shrinkers: WrestleMania IX: Blame PJ for this one being in here 🤣 at the time I never gave this match a second thought, but it really is a hidden gem, a brutal hard hitting and fun match that I have grown to love and is my favourite match on this card.
Vs Sting & Lex Luger: Super Brawl 91: this was a VHS I had as a kid and I watched this match over and over!
Vs Nasty Boys: Halloween Havoc: here in the UK WCW started to get a real following in the early 90s thanks to being on basic TV. This was another WCW tape I had and a match I loved!

As much as I think that their WrestleMania IX match with the Headshrinkers is their defining moment in the WWF, the match they had against the Heavenly Bodies at SummerSlam 1993 was just as good if not better and is still very underappreciated.
Glad to see so many others showing some love for that match!
