Not really troubling, but I am worried what the echocardiogram I have scheduled for tomorrow will reveal. Positive vibes sent your way my friend

I’ve put on some weight recently, and it’s really bothering me. I’ve tried various methods to manage it, but nothing seems to be working as effectively as I’d hoped. This has led me to consider whether to buy wegovy online might be a viable option for my weight loss journey. Wegovy has gained attention for its potential to help with weight management, and I’m curious to see if it could provide the support I need to make progress.

Today turned into one of the worst day ever. Our cat was wheezing pretty badly tonight so we went to the vet and it turns out he has liquid around his heart and it doesn’t look good. They put him on oxygen for a few hours and then gave him 3 doses of Lasix. After about 3 1/2 hours we took him home, and we need to give him the Lasix 3 times a day (every 8 hours) for the rest of his life. But seeing he’s almost 18 years old now she doesn’t know if this medication will work or if he’ll live much longer. She was crying as much telling us as I was listening to her tell us. He’s been my best friend for the last 18 years now so I am devastated right now. As a kitten - Today -
Thank you. Sorry to hear that you and your cat are going through the same thing.
Sadly, he passed shortly after his diagnosis. He also had tumors around his lungs.

SD card in my phone bricked. Years of stuff gone. After 12 hours, got a chunk of things restored, plus got the music I originally wanted in the first place. Still lost a good bit, will have to put in time to regain everything. Pain in the butt. Now my phone is rejecting my card outright, saying I have to completely erase everything and reformat to use it at all. Just a constant hugging cycle of losing data until I'm left with nothing.

Other than I am still breathing the cardiologist appointment was not good. The good news was the echocardiogram showed my heart was strong with no scaring. And it showed I have not hand any past heart attacks. And that was the only good news I heard.
The bad is my Calcium CATscan was horrendous. A calcium buildup 0-10 is considered great. Less that 10% chance of a heart attack. 11-100 is considered ok/good with a moderate chance of a heart attack. Over 400 is considered really bad with 90% chance of a heark attack. My main artery was 300. The one on the left was 800 and the one on the right was over 2000.
So now we have to call their office manager on Tuesday to set up to have an angiogram/catherization. And depending on how major the blockages are they’ll put stints in right then and there. And then he’ll change my medications accordingly. And of course he said that it’s a very common procedure but there is a risk of complications (heart attack, Stroke, artery issues or Kidney or liver) maybe 1 in every 200. Watch with my luck I’ll be the one.
Oh and I was told to stop exercising until after I get this done and if I have any chest pains go right to the hospital.
