My favorite would definitely be 2002. Loved the Rumble match that year, the winner, the returns of Mr. Perfect, Val Venis, The Godfather, and Goldust. Also loved Vince/Flair and Jericho/Rock for the Undisputed Title.

I'm watching all the rumbles at the moment. Up to 2017 so far. My fave PPV of the year
1992 and 2001 are both great. 92 slightly edges it, being for the gold.
The run of quality in the 2000s is incredible really. No duds at all.
2013 onwards... they are rough until 2018 which is another top effort. 2020 is excellent
I've always had a soft spot for 1993 and 1994 because they were the first 2 I ever saw as a kid lol
I would go top 5 1992 2001 2020 2018 2004
1990 and 1991 are both good too, but Hogan is such a douche in both. Heel!! Lol

2001 is my all time favourite. As said, any from 2000-2010 is good. '07 has one of the greatest endings. The one Rumble match I don't enjoy is 1999, but the early ones are at times rough to watch whilst still being fun to watch if that makes sense. Don't even talk to me about the 40 man Rumble and Del Rio winning though! It is crazy how when you think about how white hot the WWF was in 1999, but the major PPVs that year have aged terribly. The Rumble was one giant Austin/McMahon segment. WrestleMania XV is weak as was SummerSlam. Don't get me started on that year's Survivor Series. I have always been nostalgic towards the 1994 Rumble as that was the first one I watched as a kid. 1992 is like a giant all-star team competing in one match. 2001 was very good and 2020 was also extremely entertaining.

Also loved Vince/Flair and Jericho/Rock for the Undisputed Title. Such a good one, with the 4 returns and Triple H being in his first match back and winning it. The Maven elimination of the Undertaker 20 years later is still a helluva moment, as is the chair shot he took from him. Undercard is fantastic, it's got my personal favourite of all the Rock/Jericho matches and Flair/McMahon is just pure entertainment in the most over the top Vince McMahon style.

It goes to show you that even in the modern era we still get great stuff.

I always found that during The Attitude Era The Big 4 PPV's were regularly outshined by the likes of Backlash, Armageddon etc. I understand that the 99 Rumble wasn't for everyone but it was a fun match. I have so many great memories of watching it over and over with friends as a kid.

I was 11/12 years old in 1999 and ate up everything the WWF had to offer back then. Just observing how those flagship events don't hold up very well especially if you do not have any nostalgia attached to that particular era.

Honestly I enjoy every rumble from 89-2010. Even 95. After that the only value is in the surprise entrants pretty much

It was obvious but I still had some doubts I really enjoyed the match. During the live thread, I know I posted I felt like I was watching it at 1.5 speed but after I watched it back yesterday it paced much better for me. I think there was some awkward situations but the last 20 minutes or so was classic One thing that really stood out to me was the Montez elimination. He came out and made it seem like he was going to hit some high spots and probably stick around for a bit. Ends up getting manhandled and eliminated by a guy that’s not that much bigger than him in Priest

Looking back I’d say it was a good match but shocking to see Lesnar Lashley Edge eliminated too quick but it made sense storyline wise. I’d say it made Seth look strong when he eliminated Lashley.

Yeah I agree with that. It felt rushed. They could’ve had Lashley in earlier and have a better showing and then eliminate Brock - sets their match up and then Seth can still eliminate Bobby and it’s just another little notch on Seth’s belt That said, if I booked a rumble match it’d probably be a clusterf***

I think it all turned out alright since I liked the dominance of Lesnar & Lashley in the Rumble even though it could have been longer, I still enjoyed it. I’d probably put 2023 up there with some of the best ones.
