I liked AEW a lot when they first came out, but I stopped buying them. Unrivaled 7 and Unmatched 1 & 2 have been clogging the pegs for a year and a half now and I almost never see anything new in stores aside from the Walmart and Target Exclusives. When the retail price got jacked up to $24 I gave up on AEW completely and won't be buying any more unless they make another Sting. I wanted the Gamestop AEW/Streetfighter Exclusives, but after finding out they were $27 it was an easy pass. For that price I'd much rather get a WWE Ultimate Edition or even an Elite. It’s because of stupid attire releases like Inner Circle in their Blood & Guts attire. Who the crap wants Jericho, Hager and Guevara in damn coveralls? Clearly nobody. Add that to figures of these no name people in the set. Kip Sabian, Tay Conti… Nobody is grabbing these off the shelf/peg, unless they’re a rabid collector. I want them? Alot of people do

I read through this thread, shame as that’s time I’ll never get back. Anyways, only one stan I found in this thread, yikes 😬
Also, if this is a sale - that’s crazy. Seems like they’re normal prices.

It is really interesting that they put up a sale so soon after the Black Friday sales that saw everything discounted and a ton of stuff cleared out.
My take on AEW figures is that they’re often good but there has been issues with skin tones throughout the line. While I like them and have a few, I don’t think they’re anywhere near Mattel’s figures though, especially for the price they go for at retail (even if on Ringside they’re heavily discounted) and I stopped buying them as much. think the price and fact that the AEW figures don’t really appeal to kids because of the price and lack of big name talent outside the top stars is probably why the line hasnt been too hot lately.

I really like the aew toys. My son loves playing with them, and I think it's cool how easy it is to customize them. Yea some of the face scans are a little off and the some of the scale is a little off. When I was a kid I used my ninja turtles and pretended that they were wrestling guys. Wrestling Mike was Mr perfect, rock n roll leo was shawn michaels. I would have loved to have toys like these when I was a kid. It's OK to not like things. You don't need to try and feed your hate to others. Anyway this is about the sale and its a good sale for none black Friday. I already bought most of these during the bf cm deals. 5 bucks for a toy brings me back to when I was a kid.

It's the royal rumble sale and in reality AEW figs are on sale lol. They basically sold all the old WWE stock during the Black Friday sale and only have the newer releases available now, which aren’t getting significant discounts
