If Nash and Hall never left WWF or we dont get a NWO crazy to see what happens to everyone
What happens to Sting? Do we get crow Sting? Probably not
Hogan was on a break from WCW, does he ever come back? the red and yellow was over. Does he go back up North?
What happens to Steve Austin?
Does DX ever form?
Does the Screwjob happen?

I think the NWO still happens, I feel Bischoff was really pushing for it, so if Hall and Nash didn't come over, he probably would have gone with other guys to start the group.
Probably not, the Crow Sting look idea came from Hall, if he's not there it probably doesn't get mentioned.
Probably depends on how well the NWO angle was looking. Hogan came back because Hall and Nash were the talk of wrestling and he wanted to be a part of it. If it wasn't as exciting, chances are he does come back but as the destroyer of the NWO.
Austin is a unique one, if Hall and Nash never left, you don't have the "Curtain Call" incident. If that doesn't happen, then HHH wins the king of the ring not Austin, so there goes the Austin 3:16 speech. He probably could have still happened, Bret really wanted to work with him, so that feud still happens. I've also heard that he and Nash were really good friends, so I could see Nash wanting to work with him.
DX could still form, but it might have been the members of the Kliq. Vince was going to more real-life storytelling at this time, so having wrestlers say publicly that they don't like the Kliq/DX because of the backstage politicking could work.
Probably not, the screwjob only happened because of Bret's big contract and WCW killing them in the ratings. Bret's big contract did come about because of what WCW offered Hall and Nash, if that never happened, does Bret ask for as much? If Bret's contract isn't twice what the next top stars were making, does Vince feel the need to let him go? Same thing about the ratings, if the NWO thing for WCW without Hall and Nash isn't the same level of success, does Vince feel the need to let Bret go in 1997? Or, since WCW couldn't get Hall and Nash, do they offer Bret even more and he jumps ship in 1996?
Interesting stuff to think about.

We probably don't get crow Sting but before Hall and Nash came to WCW Sting's hair was shaggy long and brown and he was wearing black tights with boots that were blue, orange, green, red, yellow, etc.
So Sting was getting away from the surfer look, so that is something at least.
I do think that HBK wouldn't have been as bad as he was though if Nash and Hall had stayed with WWF. Nash definitely could control Shawn to a point and along with Triple H, could definitely calm him down and not have him have his temper tantrums.
The only problem that may happen with a lot of WWF talent is knowing that HBK would be WWF Champion, Razor and Diesel would be Tag Champions and Triple H would be IC Champion. With that happening, there is a good chance that in fall of 1996 that Bret Hart and the Bulldog do jump ship to WCW. If so, Owen would definitely be next, and perhaps others too.
Who knows, but I hope that there is another universe out there where Nash and Hall stayed with the WWF and something unique and entirely different is happening in the wrestling world in that universe.

the whole spectrum of wrestling would have stayed the same
wcw woulda stayed old school wrestling which i would have loved and wwf wouldnt have gotten as edgy as it did
i LOVED that era, but also hated it at the same time due to how much it changed from old school to "attitude era"
the whole "whats going to happen next" shock eventually wore off, then wrestling went down hill.
we may still have had both wwf & wcw if not for the NWO starting it all. as those big checks being written bankrupting wcw wouldnt have happened
BUT it is what it is now

I cant envision it not happening because Bischoff was thinking about it from December 1995.
Vince is still gonna want Hall to job to Goldust..Hall is still gonna get the hump over his 1995 payoffs and ring Bischoff.
Nash is still gonna hear the term "Sting money" and nearly run outta the showers naked to ring Bischoff.
I just cant picture it not happening.....MKsavage covered it good though.
