The toy lightsabers pretty much suck. But the $99 Master Replica sabers are pretty awesome, especially for the money.

Well, for what it is, it's actually pretty cool. The blade is clear plastic and you can make the light change from Blue to Red, and it actually works and doesn't look like some half assed attempt. I like the Obi-Wan one a little more just because it has that force vibration thing so it just sort of vibrates along with the hum, which I picture a "real" lightsaber felling like. Yeah, the master replica Force F/X blades are the best though, the just look, sound, and feel sweet.

They are expensive because because they are very well made, the handles are about as close to replicas you can get without spending 400 bucks. The blade powers up and looks like it's actually raising just like a "real" lightsaber, it's also motion sensitive, so when you move it, it makes the sound effects of a moving lightsaber. Check out Gamestop stores or even borders, they have them for sale, and the ones around here didn't mind that I took one out of it's box. Or just google Force F/X Lightsaber, thats houw I found a video of one in use and figured out that I need one.

I want a FX lightsaber, any. They are too darn expensive, and my mum won't let me have one. I'm thinking of getting one of these instead, perferably Obi Wan's. They are cheaper.

I have the colour changing lightsaber, and I have to say I love it. It is incredibly cool. It changes colours with the press of a botton, and when contact is made, it makes the sounds of the lightsaber. But the only con is that the plastic does not desend all the way into the handle
