For the collectors out there that have the whole arena/ringside area displayed as part of their collections, do you have any recommendations for what type of stand/table/desk to start with? Until now, I’ve only ever been interested in collecting and displaying loose action figures (not rings, entrance stages, etc.) but having put together the New Generation arena (and then seeing the RAW is WAR ring, and RAW 30th anniversary set with R-A-W letters) I must say that I was quite impressed with it. It’s made me consider setting up an area to display the ring/arena and I thought I’d ask the forum if there’s any type of table that’s better for this type of use?
Obviously, there’s thousands of tables that could probably work, but just like IKEA detolf display cases are a preferred type of cabinet for displaying loose figures, I was wondering if something similar existed for larger display areas like arenas/rings. Obviously I want something sturdy and probably not too high/tall but is there anything else I should look for (or avoid) when table shopping for this purpose?
I know this is a stupid post for many of you, but even if I get one piece of feedback that’s helpful to me, it could be worth it and I would appreciate it. Some of these displays/arenas I’ve seen by figure photographers are incredibly impressive and so I figured there might be some value in asking the community. Thanks!

Personally, Im a big fan of just a basic folding table. Easy to come by, easy to move.

I like a low coffee table with drawers for accessories underneath. Leaves maximum room for shelf space over head. I feel like regular folding tables take too much vertical space

This is crazy. Think I have a new goal for what my collection should look like.

This is crazy. Think I have a new goal for what my collection should look like. thanks man. Figures come with so much cool crapI woulda loved to play with as a kid. Had to find a way to incorporate it in the display. I have a thread on here if you wanna keep up with the collection and display process forum.wrestlingfigs.com/thread/372728/figure-display-collection-updates

I have a full Nitro arena I want to permanently display. I have a custom scale 18 x 18 Nitro ring and an entrance stage/commentary box i made myself

Love this thread! Been actually looking into doing this myself, but wasn’t sure HOW much space I needed.
Was hoping to have: New Gen entrance, the ring, the announcers table(s), and enough space to fit The Cell. Was also looking for the best option of fans. Preferably a cutout kinda set. Not looking to have real figures around the barricade or anything.
