That match was WCW circa 2001 levels of bad lol I was thinking this exactly. If this happened in wcw back then, it would be laughed at for years and brought up to this day as one of the worst things that’s ever happened. |

It’s always been carny, people just have blinders on. If people just don’t take it so seriously, it’s a lot more Enjoyable Honesty. Not everything is a 7 star classic in the Tokyo dome. |

It’s always been carny, people just have blinders on. If people just don’t take it so seriously, it’s a lot more Enjoyable Honesty. Not everything is a 7 star classic in the Tokyo dome. That garbage and the brilliance of the ending of the show are light years apart. It's not even about being some New Japan smark. |

They aren’t meant to be the same though, that’s the whole point. You can have both and enjoy both, I did. I don’t think it’s meant to be taken it so seriously, like the main event was. Was pitch black great? No, but it had wow aspects to it and will make for great figures I’m sure. I think 8-10 year old kids probably thought it was really cool also. |
