I was reviewing some old Evolution moments on YouTube and it got me thinking, which Faction throughout all of wrestling's history has had the most dominant run?
For the poll, you can pick up to three teams but I discounted any trios or factions with less than 4 active male members at a single time so there's no Shield, New Day, Elite, Wyatt Family, Fabulous Freebirds, Brood etc. but there is always an "other" option if you feel I made a mistake.
Personally I know the NWO was HUUUGE during it's hay-day and anybody could make a strong argument for them or the 4 Horsemen but I'd be hard pressed not to choose Evolution for the amount of title's they held and for how dominant of a run they had. While it certainly wasn't the longest run, it also consisted of 4 of the biggest stars wrestling has ever seen. Flair, Orton, Batista & Daddy H. All four are either first ballot HOFers or will be when they hang up their boots. For me it's either them or The Bloodline with how many titles they've held and how long they've held them while maintaining a constant on weekly television for a couple years now. All they're missing is a solid IC or US title run for Solo to really push them over the edge for me. Feel free to take into account impact, longevity, levels of fandom, how many major players they had on the team whether they started that way or were built by the faction (alas The Rock in NOD) and so on. I'm always curious to see what others think.

Maybe because it was in line with "my generation," but I'd say Evolution. Trip dominated with the World Title in it from 2002-2005, and Batista, Flair, and Orton were at the top of the upper midcard and tag divisions with their belts. Orton and Batista went on to dominate when they left. The feuds that came out of it - Trip/Orton in fall 2004, Batista/Trip in spring and summer 2005 - were absolutely incredible. I guess they would've technically dominated more if Orton and Batista had held the World Title within the stable, but that's hard to do. Other than right now with Jamie Hayter, if a person below the leader ever becomes world champion it seems like that's usually either the end of the stable, or the end of said new world champion's time in the stable. But no doubt, Evolution was the face of RAW for a good three years, from the time a young Batista and Orton joined (before their early injuries in that match with the Dudleyz), to the time Trip came back in fall 2005 and turned on Naitch (another great feud).

Shield, one of the best booked factions ever and created three main event stars.
I realize you said four+ members, that was just the first one to jump out at me. But damn in a period where they didnβt do a ton right. They sure did book them right.

The Shield ran crap during their first run. Just ed everyone up from the jobbers like Fandango to people like Cena.

Reexamining this list I can see why many voted NWO. They were practically responsible for the creation of DX and multiple other factions that followed throughout the years. Although I will say no stable has had more main event members of the highest caliber than Evolution and The Shield. Sure NWO had Hogan but who else was a threat? The Outsiders were the equivalent of NAO for DX. I would say Macho Man is a solid member and the second biggest name (bar Sting) to join the NWO but personally I have to draw the line at HBK and his short stint. So I can see how NWO is the most dominant with all the members and TV time they had but I still think Evolution was the purest faction of main eventers with the most top stars. I also voted for the Horsemen based off the sheer amount of titles they held and how dominant they were in every fed they went to. Solid team that's still trying to be replicated today.

nWo because for 18 months from July 1996 they beat EVERYBODY for all the gold on multiple occasions. they were booked so strongly it became a detriment. BATB 96 before Hogan shows...Hall & Nash beat Sting & savage like 2 jobbers.
Schiavone spends the match screaming for the 3 on 2 advantage to be restored for WCW after Luger gets injured. That's how you get guys over as a threat.

Evolution would have been more dominant had they not got the stuttery start with Big Dave & Orton being injury disasters for a spell

The Four Horsemen. No other faction got the heat that they did. Sure NWO had a bunch of garbage thrown at them, but, they never had to deal with 14,000 people wanting to legit rip them apart as they beat down Dusty Rhodes in a steel cage. They didn't have to rely on silly crotch chops and moronic jokes like DX. A lot of the NWO stuff was way too forced but I will say if they would have just kept it to Hogan, Hall, and Nash, they could have had the top spot.

You'd be hard pressed not to say NWO, but I agree and I'm going with Evolution. Apart from Batista's injury before his return in late 2003, they ran the show for nearly 2 years and spent most of that time with the main titles and beating the biggest stars. It was probably my favourite group run, second being the Shield.

D-Generation X Bullet Club Nexus WWE dropped the ball so hard with Nexus. I know only 3-4 of them were worth anything on their own but man from the intro they had on the main roster to where their steam ended is such a travesty of a run. Their theme music was awesome, they were over as hell and so dominant and then they were fed to two already very over stars. I'll never understand that booking decision. After that match they were as legitimate threats as the Spirit Squad.
