What if Cody wins but before he leaves the ring, he drops the UT in front of a defeated Roman and just walks off with the WWE title 🤔 Personally I rather have them strip him of the Universal the night after Mania when he debuts his new Winged Eagle title. Just him leaving it makes it feel even less important then it did before. Strip him and set up a tournament on Smackdown for the vacant title would be my pick. For the ladder match,I would love to see one at Mania but not for the IC title. Rather see it just be Sheamus/Drew/GUNTHER but if they can give the winner something like a title shot or something,a ladder match would be a perfect way to get some deserving talent a place on the card. |

Cody must be a happy guy cos he’s about to main event WM while many top guys never had the chance.
Imagine in 07-016 saying Cody will headline WM while guys like Flair didn’t, Punk didn’t , Rey didn’t , Eddie didn’t etc.. Goldberg, Kane, Sting....
He really deserves it

In all honesty, Cody doesn’t “deserve” anything. He walked away from the company when things got tough for him. He didn’t “survive” Stardust, he walked away from it. He and his buddies didn’t revolutionize pro-wrestling, they capitalized on McMahon running an inferior product. They “beat” NXT 2.0 in a ratings war in 2021-2022.
Then when WWE offered him to come back, he walked away from his buddies and AEW.
ALL that being said… I’m sold on Cody being a main event guy. I’m 50/50 on him beating Roman at WrestleMania. I’d really like to see Roman hit that 1,000 day mark. After the work he’s put in being a heel, he DESERVES that.

I love Cody and can't wait until he walks out of Mania with the titles but imo if anyone deserves the spot to dethrone Roman its Seth f*cking Rollins.

There’s obviously many contenders this year, but what’s everyone seeing as MOTN (both nights included) for WrestleMania this year?
Honestly, I could see it being Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens vs. The Usos. With Seth Rollins vs. Logan Paul as my dark horse.

Rollins/Logan would be my pick but so many others have the potential. IC title match,both women's title matches and the mens tag title should all be amazing. Dark horse Finn/Edge

No way Logan and Seth don’t go all out.
But given how the last two Wrestlemania events went, it’s hard for me to bet against Bianca having the best match on the card.

But I agree with the others I always hated the 8 man ladder matches for the IC title. It just felt more like “lets just throw everyone else left over that we don’t know what to do with”. Reminds me of when Jericho tried to face Barrett at Mania 29 and break the record for IC title holdings and McMahon was quoted as saying “no one cares about the IC title” Id like to think that ideology has shifted since Papa H has taken over. Side note, Id love for Cody to win both titles, announce next night on Raw that he’s relinquishing the Universal title on the condition that it be decided amongst the top challengers in a match on the “Raw After Mania” citing creating opportunity for those who have been held down for the past 3 years. Some kind of 6 pack challenge between the likes of McIntyre, Owens, Rollins, Lashley, Zayn, and maybe a returning Big E would be nice. Basically all the guys that at different points during Roman’s title run that were putting in some of their best work but suffered due to his title reign storyline. |

I get it in theory, every year there are some guys who worked really and probably deserve a spot on the card but there just isn’t room. Kofi, and LA Knight probably fall into that category. Both acts needed big rehabs after Vince and they are working on it. But yea I’d rather a big feud match like Gunther vs Sheamus vs Drew. Just do a ladder at mania for a title shot like a world title shot on Smackdown in May or something. Give six guys a spot on mania but the IC title isn’t involved. |

I wonder if they’re gonna add Ali vs Ziggler to the card
I wouldn’t mind it. It can be a little cool down match. The two are currently feuding for a few weeks too so it wouldn’t feel like the typical thrown on the card match last minute which Vince has been known to do the last few years in order to cram everyone possible on the card

On paper, this easily has potential to be the greatest WrestleMania of all-time. Definitely within the last decade.

Ziggler isn’t working Wrestlemania guy. Come on now. Why not? He worked Mania 36? And Cesaro finally got a singles Mania match 2 years ago so Ziggler may finally get his. He’s clearly in a feud that’s been going on for a few weeks so I don’t see why they wouldn’t just give him a Wrestlemania match |
