Do Walmart charge for pre-orders immediately? Or is it a holding payment and taken when dispatched?

Group of friends who all collect various lines, hunt, & live in different parts of town. This is the best way to do it. I help some friends find GI Joe, Marvel Legends, and MOTU, and they keep an eye out for my WWE and TMNT. It’s the only way to get anything when you live in a small town that’s crawling with scalpers. Finally found MVP today. They had the set. Not with the WWE figures, but on the shelf across from them. The wait had been so long I completely forgot I was looking for him. This seems to be a new "thing" I'm seeing at a few Walmarts.... I've been to at least two where the Elites are on one side.... with the AEW stuff.... and the Basics/Superstars are across the aisle on the other side, I think with GI Joe.... That can't be the plan-o-gram, right? Just sloppy stocking? But I saw it at more than one Walmart so who knows.... I've seen this in smaller Walmarts where it's still set up that way, in the supercenters where I used to see it, they moved everything together in the new planograms. |

my wal mart restocked the rock miz and mvp series today. color me shocked. picked up miz and mvp to finish off the RA. They also had like 7 Cody Wal Mart aew supremes out so I wonder if they just found stock they had or something I think it's like how RSC gets new stock of the Cody Supreme they just made more |
